Installed it myself without any issues. The wifi signal is great even ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxE_D_sddGAdiVUKp7PkkmyxO7bRtgqmk5 when the router is located far away. I really enjoy the night vision feature that allows me to see clearly any activity near our house (mostly cars and wild animals). The motion detection is helpful to me as well to monitor what happens on our front.

Hi Dave, great video… Can you set the Ptz to smart track with its own events rather than having to be triggered by smart events from the fixed lens??

I have this camera but cannot get it to do a full 360 turn every minute. Is this something I am doing wrong or is the feature not available?
I bought a used Hikvision ptz camera, the problem is that it moves on a specific program, and I was never able to delete the old programming, so when entering the ptz settings, the menu button does not open, but if I cancel the camera, the menu is present, but it does not open if the camera is connected, how do I do a factory reset ?
And on the body of the camera there is a small box containing switches, what do they do?? Do you benefit from them in the subject of factory settings?
this camera have two network adress?
is there a chinese version ? i purchased this camera off cctv direct but strangely had your business name and address on the white part of the camera so im thinking now have i bought a recon , also audio alerts voices have a chinese twang and not a english spoken voice , plus cant get this tracking function to work or any event notifications
Thanks for the video, knowing that park action take precedence over everything would have been good to know while I was still on-site. Is there a way to get to the configuration other than have a PC on-site? I mean using ivms-4200? Charlie.
ok, I have an HIK NVR (acusense capable) 8CH ethernet in (I am astounded at how easy it was to set up with current and quite old Hik fixed cams!, it's all supported with ivms 4200 as per normal with respect to "zoom in" and "face detection":- I assume the camera has not got face detection, and if i use zoom in to a close up shot (mainly interested in face targets) will that work with up to date Hik NVRs? I am new to using FDet and NVRs i'm in asia but my family is also in west wales in a big property and I want to advise them as well as get it all pre-sussed out myself so I can support them. I am a network tech so don't have any other qs, mainly functionalty - thanks for your enlightening clips!!! diolch yn fawr ! Hey, great Video, i have a question, is it possible to turn the PTZ in the opposite direction of the bullet and still get Tracking for BOTH views? like two Smart tracking zones, one for the PTZ view itself and one Tracking view for the bullet, so the PTZ will track then? i hope you can understand, greetings from Germany :)

when you web browse to the camera can you see both ? if not then default and try again , if not then , please speak to the supplier to return
Hi to get both cameras onto hikvision do you give them the both the same IP address and changed camera modify the setting to 2 is that the best way to do it if not just talk me through it if you don’t mind
you add them as 2 separate channels so cameras 1 use IP address and ch1, then camera 2 same IP address and ch2 , does this make sense?

This looks like exactly what I have been searching for .Everywhere is out of stock with this camera . Also I don`t think i can get this in the states right being it`s Hikvision ? Maybe someone knows of an alternative or is hikvision the only one that has come up with this idea of 2 cameras in one !!!!
HIK is allowed in the US , just for NDAA applications like some others, full list of vendors here 😊 us.hikvision.com/en/partners/authorized-distributors

Would be worthwhile if it had DarkfighterX or Colurvu technology.....+ 8MP static cam + 4MP PTZ.....
It has powered by Darkfigher tech , image is very good indeed
@@DVSLTD looks impressive yes indeed, but cant match the Colorvu and Darkfighterx little or no light image...I am hoping mini PTZ Colorvu and Darkfighterx cameras come out this year......offcourse with the Acusense Tech...with minimum 4MP .....
@@Chavacano Agree. Darkfighter is incredibly impressive. But once you go ColorVu, it's hard to go back.

Hi , I add the camera to nvr but it show only the ptz , how view the two camera in the nvr
To get the 2nd camera to show on your NVR... Simply just go to add ip camera on nvr and put same ip address as the ptz camera but change channel number to "ch 2" every thing else should be the same. If your NVR is full or if it wont allow you to add Another IP.. go to your settings and disable one of your POE IP channel.. so you can manually add the Panoramic camera using same IP address but use channel 2.. * setting are diffrent depending on your NVR model/brand*

Hello I wanted to ask if it was possible to get some advice? If yes this is my situation I got a surveillance system put in my home it has 16 cameras because things were going missing and my caretakers were lying about the times they came in I am Paralyzed from the neck down. The system he put in I could never review any specific times and it’s just trash. I want to get a new system and I guess I’m going to get some Acuvue for outside and some mini domes for inside but I don’t know which kind is good and what kind of NVR I should use.
I hope you are ok , are wishes and support to you , and sorry to hear they have taken advantage, so for me I would be looking at 4/8MP Acusense cameras with Powered by darkfighter technology in built , DS-2CD2346G2-IU ( has built in mic which Is helpful ) and the I series NVR like the DS-7716NI-I4 model , these will give great images and easy to use playback and VCA function search for human and vehicle activity , also audio recording maybe helpful to you ? 😊

It happens again I guess the lady knew my cameras wasn’t working I mean it was nothing big it was just like you know for those big laundry detergentis from like BJ’s. I really trusted her. I mean I got my generator stolen because sometimes there’s hurricanes in Florida but it was taken and do use my vehicle to do it. It’s really hard for me even if I get the equipment like the installation people Oh are not like the ones I see in UA-cam that take the right angles and no how to position is so light would work against it instead of making it cloudy I’m going in to look into the ones that you said thank you. It just really hurts are used to love her and I still do not in a lesbian Not that I got something against it is just so used to hug her and always say thank you and I appreciate you anyway I am going to Gettys items you told me to get

Hi im using this camera and trying to calibrate, my screen is blank on both images when i try and start the calibration in auto it gets to 80% and thats it. is there something im missing that you need to do to enable the images on both screens so i can do the zoom ratio etc,? tried a re boot but still the same? any help please?
If you factory default the camera and then try again , mostly it will work , if not we have a guide we can send later

Hi DVS I am haveing a bit of problem at the moment as a family member has changed the password of the dvr at my mams and contacted hik but the file they sent back won’t work any chance you can help out please
Lol, open sadp app on pc and forgot password, then send file to hikvision

@@Walterz930 yep that can happen, you must leave the software open until they reply. Sadly as a home user and not a vasp partner it can take a while

on this example I am using a IDS-9632NXI NVR but any NVR in reality would allow this camera to be added,

@@richardburton8826 if you add the PTZ direct to the app that will have both views, if added via the NVR then you also need to add the 2ch’s to the NVR to make this work on both , is it on the LAN side or plug & play POE port ?

IOS is still there , not seen any plans that mention they will , you can get the apps from there dedicated App store appstore.hikvision.com/
Thanks for reply, I have mine on apple but my in-laws had it on play store an app just disappeared. Then we googled it and found hikvision had been kicked off, just glad I had apple lol
