I know in the past Rex has mentioned he's not a big fan of being a UA-camr but just want to say his very matter-of-fact way of explaining stuff is really great, appreciate his work!

Rex is unbelievably knowledgeable and creative, The boys did my ute and threw in some nitrous, He spent the time explaining everything to me there was alot to take in and understand but he made sure i knew enough before i left both Rex and Max were great to deal with

Really enjoy watching these 3 bloke Max Narrator , Rex the tuner & Beau the quiet acheiver, well thay are far more than that. I had the plessure of meeting them in person and spending a day with them. Really nice blokes, extreamly knowledgeable and always complete high quality work. Hey Rex I love ur response on items, fuck you make me lauph. Mate your a legend, dont be so hard on your self. The welder is fuckt. Hi Max, I'm going to do a similar fuel system setup in my turbo VU SS. Which Aeroflow surge tank did you use, and what pump will work for it? I'm currently at 600whp and am happy here till I do my bottom end. Thanks in advance, love your work!
I have the same car and I would like to put inter-chiller on my po charger.Could I put it into the back and still have room for a surge tank if needed?
Good to see that kit working on essentially the same combo iv got into a vl with a 8sp ,iv been considering buying a interchiller setup and this video makes it a easy decision now cheers.
@@backyardbuilt8162 sounds like a party! We have since used this same kit on a 429ci dart LS with a 4.5L whipple and it really does work a treat. For that one we used the bigger capacity compressor recommended by Kirk at FI. Awesome setup 👌
I’m putting a bigger cam on my pro charged vu.Will I need to upgrade the fuel system?it’s getting bigger injectors 1650cc.Will I need a surge tank?
Just depends on your power goal ultimately. Fuel is Fuel, regardless of the setup it ultmately comes down to how much power you want to make, as that's how much fuel you are going to need.

Where did you guys get the air compressor from? I’ve been looking everyone to find one to fit my vz Maloo and everyone is out of stock. Only seem to have the v6 one or one to suit a VE

@@BoostGumps i wouldn’t mind getting in to shutdowns just hard to get a start in. Just finished up a water treatment project in Victoria.
Could've been a nice way to run the a/c
Wire compressor to be on constantly on, and wire the stock compressor wire to the solenoid valve
Should keep the a/c functioning like factory (stock switch on/off, auto off when evap temp too low etc)
@@owenbrown8781 would auto off the solenoid for Evap too low, but would then also auto off the solenoid instead of the compressor for tps switch etc.
The way you have described is actually exactly how we have set up the wagon, but that’s because we are controlling everything with the haltech and can tune in all of these features. But in this particular setup, to hardwire the pump on could lead to a few issues down the track.
I’m sure they’re probably is a way to do it as you describe. But for the time involved to change all the wiring behind the dash/in the controller I doubt most customers would want to pay.

@@dmystify1381 yeh unfortunately im generally so damn busy that the content suffers greatly because of it. I miss so much due to being on the tools, or out, and nothing really gets planned around the content.
Hoping to flip the script on that in future. But for the time being content is really an afterthought and without more help this is about as good as I can manage 👎

speed density 3 bar OS No is 1263001, could scale further if required, but when would you need to do that ?
@@shedbuiltcars2999 would remove the possibility of going Flex Fuel is what I was saying. Would need to replace MAP sensor and once 3bar would not allow Flex Fuel in future as the only flex fuel SD OS for Gen3 is 2bar.

ahh bud theres plenty of OS for ls1 ecu's with a 3 bar mod, i have a bunch here, if you want i can email them too you they are speed density obviously, as if you try do it with a MAF that's certianly when they will crap out

No such OS as a 3bar SD Flex Fuel.
