2015 Terrain Rear Parking Light bulb Replacement

Replace the rear parking light bulbs with LED bulbs. This SUV uses 194 bulbs and will now use iJDM red 194 LED bulbs.

About to do this on my grandkids exact car. Did I have to remove the light assembly or could I take the bulbs out without removing it. They looked accessible before nut removal?

If I remember correctly, only 2 of the 4 bulbs are accessible without removing the housing. Depends on which ones you want to replace. It's also much easier replacing the bulbs with the housing out.

I don't have the Terrain anymore but if it's LED it will have to be replaced completely as a unit. You will more than likely have to remove the whole back plastic panel if it doesn't have an access panel tp get to it.

@@FRANKHURTADO01 do you know how to remove the panel there is no excess panel there was two bolts on either side I removed them but still couldn't get it off

@@stevendecker5927 I never removed the back panel on the terrain but on other cars that I have, there usually is a couole of bolts outside and under access panels that you remove and then use trim removal tools to pop the panel off.

Those 3rd brake lights are meant to last forever. Check the fuse for that light before you decide on replacing it because it could take a while to change it out.

it has power to it but lights up very dimly maybe the connection are corroded thanks for your help

My phone has a way better camera than a gopro.
