if you trained 8 hours per day compared to your opponent who trained 4 hours, you would train 56hrs per week whilst they would only have 28. even in weeks the difference is big enough if you go by months or years it would be even bigger. Taking into account the fact that the more you train the better you are, youll be light years ahead of competition. So yea, wake up at 4 to study, train or work at your craft this applies to any thing that needs passion really.

For me, what makes Kobe so special was his relentless work-ethics and motivation to be the best. That mentality really drove him to get better and better. I mean he was out of top 10 picks of his draft class but eventually he is the best of his class. He exceed all the expectation and prove people wrong
That mindset was his key to dominated NBA

well Kobe is definitely never going to catch up to me in sleep skill. I am way further along at my 4-8am sleep routine. I could do this all day SON!
In fact, I am up late, preparing for my session... I'm about to go get this pillow on and sleep like an All Star!
(haha, props to Kobe, he is amazing. Like a shaolin monk. when he says "doesn't matter what you do, I think he was slapping water and doing finger-stands)

Hes The GOAT In my View bcuz Of his Dedication to the game and what he has had to overcome and Kobe Is A Very Intelligent and Relentless Worker thats why he changed his number from 8 to 24.its bcuz he knew he had 24 hrs to prepare everyday to be the Best and 24 seconds on the shot clock to score.Im Going to Miss Watching Kobe Bryant Play and wish I saw him Live The True GOAT in my Eyes..Thank You For The Motivation to my Life Kobe Bean Bryant.

This inspired me to go from 1-2 hours of basketball a day to 3-4 hours a day and to do specific workouts instead of just putting up shots, 1 on 1 with my cousin, dribbling and working on my left hand Kobe is the GWOAT greatest working of all time

Hopefully more high school and college players adopt this mindset, because the NBA overall is becoming a weak product. Most of the guys who are stars now are barely fundamentally sound. It also shows in their games that they don't have the passion for greatness like this. The NBA used to have a bunch of guys who wanted to be the very best, and worked at it. Guys like even Mike Bibby used to stay in the gym until he hit thousands of shots daily after games. I doubt the league has many if not any who does that now. As a huge NBA fan, I truly hope guys take the game more seriously. When you see guys like Kyle Lowry possibly getting 200 million, you know the game is getting wack. I know the market dictates pay, but if he's being paid like one of the best in the game, we as fans will continually get a more marginal product.

Oh yes, Kobe hard at. Just looking at this makes you want to do all those moves, but I'm too old for that. Kobe is really moving. The moves and footwork are amazing. He is inspiring me to get off the sofa and do my exercises. I love to see him do what he does, his moves are just great and he knows how to win. It's amazing how he plays without sweating. Man, he is so gifted. and talented, I can watch him play all day every day. He's just so great! Kobe the Legend, we love you. Thank you Kobe for making every game that you play be amazing. Always, Kobe, you're one in a million you.
