Wow, watching LeBron James' 1 hour uncut workout is truly inspiring! It's amazing to see the level of dedication and discipline he puts into his training. As one of the greatest basketball players of all time, it's clear that he doesn't take his craft lightly. It's no wonder that he's been able to achieve such incredible success throughout his career. This video serves as a reminder that hard work and consistency are essential to achieving any goal, whether it's in sports or any other aspect of life. I'm definitely going to take some tips from LeBron's workout and apply them to my own fitness routine. Thanks for sharing this amazing content!

@@Zhylex Yeah, but it doesn't say rounded on the title. If this was a law and you took it to a judge, you'd lose :) Also, if you gave 60 money on something that costs 57,40, wouldn't you want your change, since the vendor can just round it up? :v
I'm a Lebron fan all the way I follow his steps and everything to better my game like he do is. When I turned pro I wanna be dedicated to the game like he is and dominate like he do but most importantly always give respect to the ones that was there before me and the ones to follow. "There's no shortcut to greatness" Lebron James.
9 years later Bron still at it, say what you want about him on the court but people gotta respect the work he puts in to stay in shape to compete at a high level.
Nobody works harder, pushes harder, or plays harder than 6. He is the BEST all around player in the NBA and possibly ever for this reason we are all watching. Moving to Cleveland can be understood as he wants to make history and that will truly be history if he can bring a Championship to all those losers and Haters. Go 6, but LETS go HEAT!!! We still in this B*tch.
this is actually a good workout to do a few times a week. i bet half of these commenters who says this is weak would still be trying to make them 15 fts as wee speak lol cause their arms would feel like jello
Exactly. This isn't his only workout. This is just a workout to keep his form and stamina up, and to challenge him to keep his handle and shooting form late in the 4th quarter when everything is tired. It's basically simulating the beating you take over the course of a whole game, while still trying to make shots, all within 57 minutes.
LG Rose is already showing more potential then lebron. He won his first mvp at 22 and everyone nowadays put Durant ahead of lebron. He's aging, in a few years he will be irrelevant.
Even as a Clippers fan, it's amazing to be able to watch the second greatest basketball player of all time workout. I'd like to see him surpass Jordan before his career is over.
he will never pass Jordan because nothing beats old school same with all sports nobody will pass Muhammad Ali and nobody will pass Jacki Robinson or Jordan that's juss how it is
Boy oh boy where do I even begin. Lebron.. honey, my pookie bear. I have loved you ever since I first laid eyes on you. The way you drive into the paint and strike fear into your enemies eyes. Your silky smooth touch around the rim, and that gorgeous jumpshot. I would do anything for you. I wish it were possible to freeze time so I would never have to watch you retire. You had a rough childhood, but you never gave up hope. You are even amazing off the court, you're a great husband and father, sometimes I even call you dad. I forvever dread and weep, thinking of the day you will one day retire. I would sacrifice my ownlife it were the only thing that could puta smile on your beautiful face. You have given me so much joy, and heartbreak over the years. I remember when you first left clevenland and its like my heart got broken into a million pieces. But a tear still fell frommy right eye when I watched you win yourfirst ring in miami, because deep down,my glorious king deserved it. I just wanted you to return home. Then allas, you did, my sweet baby boy came home and I rejoiced. 2015 was a hard year for us baby, but in 2016 you made history happen. You came back from 3-1 and I couldn't believe it. I was crying, bawling even, and I heard my glorious king exclaim these words, "CLEVELAND, THIS IS FOR YOU!" Not only have you changed the game of basketball and the world forever, but you've eternally changed my world. And now you're getting older, but still the goat, my goat. I love you pookie bear, my glorious king, Lebron James.
LeBron is one of those players that is just naturally strong. I'm glad to know he puts in the time to get stronger because kids look up to him. Anyone that wants to become a professional athlete has to be willing to put the work in. LeBron just proved that hard work pays off.
Cool workout, love seeing a training session where the athlete isn't working at maximum effort to show off... One question, in many of the exercises and shooting drills, Lebron's right knee buckles in. If we have athletes that also do this how did we go about fixing(improving) this?
I wonder why I'm thirsty for Powerade. I just can't for the life of me figure out why I'd be thirsty for Powerade. Anybody have any ideas why I'd be thirsty for Powerade? I have no idea why I'd be thirsty for Powerade. Like who gets thirsty for Powerade. All of a sudden I just really want to buy Powerade. I guess I'll just stop watching this video and go buy me some Powerade.
This is the reason why he has never been broken playing over 80games everyyear since he was 18yo. I couldn't see MJ playing at that time, but I'm satisfied, thanks to him.
You can imagine how many trainers and people have seen this workout and try to implement it into their to do's. You guys gotta understand what this is doing for him has no business going into your workout. This specfic things where taliroed for him due to things he needed to work on. Everyones body is different. If you can tell when he squats down his range of motion isn't like everyone else's and his feet turn out which mean his glutes Maximus needed attention and this is why he was doing these specific workouts.

Yes its called saying no to drugs and alcohalism
Chosen song for the very first exercise "Hold on were going home" by drake Lmao way to motivate lebron
lmao
Congrats champ. You go down as one of the legends !

+Mateusz Nikiciuk I see 7

The TrollMaster lol I wonder what y’all think now
@@faxd3448 😂😂😂
Been trying this for a few weeks now, it’s making a difference
The title says 1 hour workout uncut, but the video is 57:40 min. Stop the click baiting.
mathematically speaking when rounding the 57 goes up to 60 equivalent to 1 hour. You are very much welcome...
Zhylex r/whooooosh.
@@Zhylex Yeah, but it doesn't say rounded on the title. If this was a law and you took it to a judge, you'd lose :)
Also, if you gave 60 money on something that costs 57,40, wouldn't you want your change, since the vendor can just round it up? :v
@@Zhylex And I'm fairly sure that if you rounded 57, it would go down to 55...but nvm
Lol its just 3 minutes off. not long lol
Indeed one of the greatest ever, in Basketball, all this grind really pays off👌🏼👏😇
its refreshing because we always see him ball without realizing the work it takes to get there/
I love you LeBron. Thank you for all you do in charity.
Danny Green’s workout is similar minus the x10 makes at the top of the key
I'm a Lebron fan all the way I follow his steps and everything to better my game like he do is. When I turned pro I wanna be dedicated to the game like he is and dominate like he do but most importantly always give respect to the ones that was there before me and the ones to follow. "There's no shortcut to greatness" Lebron James.
keyon grant ill remember your name bro
You’ll be in the finals soon keep grinding
you in the league yet
Looks like a potential NBA prospect!
The Greatest
+JPballer #20 on how to flop.
sunnyboy8644 nope on how to lead a team to the finals 6 times, even though he only won twice
+JPballer #20 #Massiveflop
+JPballer #20 Michael Jordan is the greatest of all-time.
lebron not even close to MJ
Not bad at all. He should try out for the G-league. Maybe he can be the next Durant one day.
He will never be as good as him
Too bad kd is lebrons bitch lebron is the goat while kd can’t even hit top 10 all time 🤣

Look up "kobe 666" I think your mind will be blown
49:20 Anyone know why he says all those seemingly random numbers?
Damn I really like this guy LeBron, he is so real. And the way he cares about his body is absolutely amazing!
Man i remember watching this everyday while playing 2k
I came here for 1 hour workout, not 57.40 minutes workout
53:27 bron slowly descends into insanity...
lmao
this is actually a good workout to do a few times a week. i bet half of these commenters who says this is weak would still be trying to make them 15 fts as wee speak lol cause their arms would feel like jello
Exactly. This isn't his only workout. This is just a workout to keep his form and stamina up, and to challenge him to keep his handle and shooting form late in the 4th quarter when everything is tired. It's basically simulating the beating you take over the course of a whole game, while still trying to make shots, all within 57 minutes.
@@aaabbbccc985 couldn’t have said it any better
One of the kings of basketball, not even a fan but gotta recognize greatness
i think everyone needs to face the fact that hes the best player in the nba.
***** so your telling me you take KD overall Lebron they gave it to KD cause its bad business for the NBA if someone repeatedly wins
LG Nah kobe is still the best and durant and rose are better then lebron.
***** the kobe and lebron thing is up for debate but no way are durant and rose better than lebron and thats coming from a huge derrick rose fan
LG Rose is already showing more potential then lebron. He won his first mvp at 22 and everyone nowadays put Durant ahead of lebron. He's aging, in a few years he will be irrelevant.
LG lol guess ya were wrong still the best
I just watched this guy workout for an hour I could have been working out! Ugh!
@SharinganSakura right ?
@Aristides Gonzalez yeah! Because I want to be a greatest basketball player as well like him.

Even as a Clippers fan, it's amazing to be able to watch the second greatest basketball player of all time workout. I'd like to see him surpass Jordan before his career is over.
Michael Mega he is the greatest he's better than Jordan
he may have a more successful career, but as of right now, i dont think he's better, but close
Michael Mega excuse me make room for the mamba
Michael Mega 3rd?
he will never pass Jordan because nothing beats old school same with all sports nobody will pass Muhammad Ali and nobody will pass Jacki Robinson or Jordan that's juss how it is

Yall actually sat and watched this man workout for a hour

I love it! I bet this workout is harder than playing the games.Go Lebron!
Song at 30:40?
I know its "back in time by MGI" but this is an instrumental version

Now Bryce nd Broony coming up
Never give up, bro. Some day you will be famous!
