Abdo seems really empathetic. She is a people person and a skilled communicator. This kinda just goes with the territory for people who are good at languages. I have issues at times understanding/being understood with some people who live in the same state as me. Accents are important for having a clear message. She is just being a good communicator.
Anyone does that in reality. Even within the same language. I'm Dominican but when I speak to a colombian or an argentinian or a Spanish I will slightly change my accent and even some of the words I use so is easier to talk to them. Even within the same language, let alone if is a whole new different language like French or Italian.

I’ve been to every sprorting event at the highest levels (except a Super Bowl and like Mike Tyson in his prime), but it’s the best live event money can buy, and the stadiums are huge but there’s no crazy amenities like here that usually cost tax payers to build instead of the team. Regardless, each gameday, it’s packed with 80-100k enthusiastic fans.

I’m a native Spanish speaker and have the same problem. I pick up other people’s accents almost immediately-more so when I was a kid. These days, I’m more self conscious, so I try hard to keep it “neutral” but it’s tough.
Its like code switching but with accents. it helps with communicating with different people from different backgrounds. It also makes you feel like you fit in. People do it unconsciously. Compare Sancho in Dortmund to him in England.
