    Thank you, Jon, for the inspiring blast from the past. About 7 years ago I printed out your drawings, bought the Sapele, Soss hinges. and TV Lift Cabinet mechanism. Now it's finally time to build it!

    Interesting timing for the video. You've got a nice sunny day background in January (I'm guessing filmed last summer). Just as we had 27 inches of snow, a blizzard, and -22 degree F temperatures (not wind chill, actual temps). My heart, and everything else was warmed. Nice looking 'utility' build. Stay dry out east. The news said you've had lots of flooding in the region.

      Thanks! Actually last week you’ll see that there are no leaves in the trees… we missed last week’s snow storm by about 20 miles or so. Will do cold weather will be here tomorrow.

    Nice work sir, I always wondered if it also provided a little extra layer of insulation, or is that just a myth.

    Ironic your working on storm windows, with the grass showing and sun shining, and I'm looking out my window to 8+ inches of snow coming down. Stay warm sir!

      @JonPetersArtHome  5 місяців тому

      We just missed the snow by a few miles in an hour north of me. They got 6 to 8 inches.
