I personally had a poor experience with the company. They sent me crooked glasses with arms that don’t have tension so they fall off and they would not pay for the refund unless I covered s&h. They also tried to convince me the crooked glasses and stems are normal. Has not been a good experience. I paid $60 for useless glasses and terrible customer service. Buyer beware.
Wow.. thanks for sharing your experience. I am so sorry to hear that you received faulty glasses and that the customer service was unhelpful. Did you try reshaping the part that fits behind your ear with a blow dryer? Depending on the material it might be able to adjust so that is doesn't fall off.
@@liveloveGlam they'd still be crooked. I also don't have a hair dryer.
@@jojo-diggs Sorry to know that. Maybe at your eye doctor they can adjust it for you? Wish Fytoo would have refunded you. Thanks again for the warning.
