I know people that are waiting for the market to job that have been saving and waiting to invest into ether since it was 800$ but now he saw a dip and I put money in and told him good time to buy and he told me he’s gonna wait for it to go down further me knowing that he’s not investing type that hasn’t yet entered the market and will have to much money by the time he wants to invest and will be more risk or if he invest small amounts not enough gains for him from the type person he his fast instant gains

I really appreciate Jason's personality and his outlook on how to become successful in real estate and basically anything in life he just seems like a really chill dude down to earth and he's not sugar coating anything like yeah it's going to take a lot of work it's going to be hard but you got to put in the work and you will be successful

Yes, this is true. Depends on your values, there are a lot of people who are nowhere near wealthy but they would consider themselves successful. Best to not compare yourself to others and just be the best you can be

I’ve met so many confident people that only have confidence and social skills that I would never ever trust them to sell me a house. They could be my friend or wingman or something fun, but never in something that involves money.

I’ll also reach out and ask for informational interviews with all top agents in my area. I’m going to make sure I’m strategically creating value for people and helping. It’s not about making $, it’s about giving value and helping people find homes.
In California the real estate bubble could drop prices in half for 5 or more years.... just know that gamble when you buy an extremely overpriced house that could be underwater (BUT HEY!.:... you got a killer interest rate)

Why would he need one? There are more tax benefits in real estate than in 401ks and you can pull money out whenever you want.
If he was *really* balling he'd have both, and other investments as well. Diversification is investing 101.
