First time I heard this was last night on the CMA Christmas show and it moved me beyond belief. I consider it such a blessed gift and honor to be allowed to conceive, carry and deliver a baby. Labor and delivery are even spiritual in nature and the first time you hear, see and hold that precious, new, little person is an experience of a lifetime! This song is the closest to anything I have ever heard that even eclipses my emotional experience at my daughter's birth. Absolutely LOVE it! Nice job Jennifer!!

This song Jennifer Nettles is one magnificent piece of works. Her voice is so sweet, first time I've heard "This Angel" I cried because it has so many meaning that I can relate too. I wish I could find a way to get the lyrics to this song and memorize it to sing to myself and hopefully in front of the audience.
