You want to know why it's not affordable anymore? Because people keep moving here! When are y'all gonna get the memo that we don't have enough housing for new people! And it WAS affordable for you, because you were coming from places with a higher economy value - higher wages, higher rent, etc. You flooded our market and now the owners renting out their houses are inflating rent because they now have buyers who can afford higher (cash offers, even!) Which leaves us born and raised Arizonans in a position where us grown ass adults have to get three roommates or move back in with our folks just to barely scrape by and afford rent. Y'all stop moving here! We know it's great, but we got here first! 😭
She isnt telling you there are the fewest black people than anywhere ive ever been! Do you speak spanish? Youll need too. Its hot af for 6 months here. Like 110+ for almost 100 days a year😂
💥💥 America is just expensive to live in for no reason. I think this country is designed to make its people struggle like you said the rent goes up but minimum wage doesn't. That's why so many people in this country got to work two jobs like I'm originally from Philadelphia and I been living in the Washington DC area for 20s years and it's expensive to live in the DC area also. If you want to go live in somewhere that's not expensive you got to move to the country like my mom and my stepdad move to Nelson Virginia got to three bedroom house nice house they only paying like 450 dollars a month for it. They had another house in Clarksville Virginia that one was like a four bedroom two kitchen two bathroom and it was only paying like 600 dollars a month for that. So basically if you want cheap living you got to move to the country where everything is spaced apart so far that you got to drive to like every location.
These comments prove you can’t depend on women to help build communities in other cities. They leave after 2 years because it’s not “diverse enough” or “it’s to hot” what’d you expect when moving to Phoenix??
It's a state for active people. Hiking and swimming are the main activities. There are a lot of watering holes you can hike to, and in my area you can drive up a mountain into a proper forest, have a picnic and then drive home the same day. You can go camping. You can go horseback riding. In the winter, the mountain in my area usually gets a good amount of snow. The problem is, it's hot as fuck, so you gotta do things in the morning, in the evening, in water or in the shade. Or just suck it up and accept that you're going to be sweating in places you weren't previously aware of. And that's just normal, general stuff. There's a few niche things to do as well. Bird watching, hunting, astronomy, photography, etc. Plenty of things to do. You just have to actually be interested in DOING those things.

Sigh... I miss your vids. Please come back. Hope all is well...
Sorry but HELL NO IT'S SO F ING HOT OUT THERE
I was born in AZ and moved away when I was 5 years old. I don't know if my judgement of it is clouded by childhood memories or not but I like to think that it is a great state.
I never thought an area could decline so rapidly. It has become unrecognizable in the past 5-10 years. 😢💔
definitely try New Mexico or Texas
Arizona’s housing affordability a long with its crappy paying jobs it’s a complete joke.
Skinwalkers are in Arizona
No hell no... nobody needs to move here.. we got enough ppl already..
Facts
Only if they’re Californian
But sure
Ill take arizona any day, as long as i wont be stranded in newzealand. 😭
Nope…. DONT MOVE TO AZ. It’s absolutely horrible here, hot and expensive.
Not so affordable anywhere
I wanna move OUT of AZ… where should I go? Cheap housing, safe, and lots of thunderstorms.
Oh man you should see how expensive it is in Chicago 😔
Like 110+ for almost 100 days a year😂
😮
Snakes 😮
Lol I just move to Arizona, thank God I'm making over 100k a year 😅
The fact that terrible drivers was in reasons to not move to Arizona😂💔
I actually think seeing snakes is a good thing to me
I love animals
These comments prove you can’t depend on women to help build communities in other cities. They leave after 2 years because it’s not “diverse enough” or “it’s to hot” what’d you expect when moving to Phoenix??
Your beautiful
😊
That's because everyone and their damn grandma keep moving her. Stay OUT!
arizona 100˚
Please don’t, especially if you’re from California.
I did #2yearAnniversary
“A lot to do here” bro what is there to do here 💀
It's a state for active people.
Don’t tell people to move to Arizona Arizona is like Texas lotta people moving to Texas not Arizona you should be telling people move to Texas I like your video keep on doing with your videos please don’t care about the move to Arizona you’re gonna have a good ratings gone down have a nice day and for like a rockstar

As someone from Phoenix arizona don’t go it’s sooo hot the hottest in summer is 120 degrees but a normal day in summer is 113-116 degrees😭
That just means stay inside unless I have to come outside 🤷🏿♂️
