- While waiting for his father to pick him up from school, Mikey is playing with his phone. He sees a homeless veteran in a wheelchair trying to pick up loose change. Mikey agrees to help the homeless man, but in exchange he takes video of the poor vet doing silly things for social media. Mikey takes the humiliation up a notch and steals the veteran's American flag and donation cup. During the confrontation, Mikey's dad arrives just in time to teach his son a valuable life lesson.

Great story and this child learned his lesson. Both his father and the veteran talked to him in such a way that I truly believe he won’t ever do it again. Bullying is a learned behaviour but clearly he did not learn it at home. To invite the veteran to his home and offer him his room says a lot about an important change that he made himself.
As a previous homeless veteran of the US Army, this was truly a tear jerker for me!😢🙏🏾🇺🇸

That veteran is one straight man. Some kids will apologize as a ticket to go back to playing stupid games. In my young days, if I pulled anything as stupid as what the little boy did to the veteran, I would have been grounded for a very long time, more like a year.
I just love videos like this! I'm a disabled Vietnam veteran and when we got home we where called baby killers and very name out of the book and more. We would land at Oakland and we were told to get out of our army gear before we could go and get a real beer and food. Thanks be to God all that has changed. I was told this person wished that I would die before night fall but lm still here after 53 years and I thank God for it very Day 🤗
Vietnam vets got treated awful. They served though.

Ít was a shock and sweet story. As a Vietnam War veteran I missed all the young men I had seen and died in my country. Ít was hurt số bad when we came here as refugees and learned that returned American soldiers were treated so bad. More than 58,000 soldiers were never came back. Perhaps only soldiers and their families understanding soldiers as this fictitious story reflected. We salute all the U.S. soldiers and thanks for your services. God blessed you and families.

If I had a child and caught him treating a homeless person like that I would put some money in the homeless person's cup but it would be THE NEXT 2 MONTHS OF MY KID'S ALLOWANCE.

Thank you to all the veterans that served the country. But for a kid, man he was very mean. On the other hand, it was kind of funny when the kid made him bark like a chiwawa and make him meow. That made me laugh so hard😂. Couldn't believe that kid was mean. He is the same person last episode that went from a very honest boy to not so honest. He is really a great actor playing both the good and bad person.
Least we forgot. Lord help these younger generation to be kind to others.
I've been holding off from watching this for a day now and I see why. I kinda figured what was coming but to actually see it...to have helped so many soldiers, Veterans & their children get on public assistance when this gov't should've held them down😔 I've truly been blessed to help be part of that light for our Brothers and Sisters in arms❤

Beautiful story all children need to learn a life lesson, hopeful they will learn to treat people much better than some of them do. Some children are very Respectful and some are very Disrespectful to older people that is not right at all. Please children treat each and every person that you meet in life with RESPECT, as you get older children will do the same to you. Please give RESPECT to everyone you meet in life.

I believe soldiers need to the get support in whatever unfortunate situation they are going through. We need to take time to understand why people are where they are and not make it worse for them.

My great grandfather served in the 103rd infantry division in ww2 he was my hero I have great respect for all veterans if I were to see anyone being rude to a veteran let alone one that is disabled and homeless I would immediately stand up for them *HAVE RESPECT FOR EVERYONE AND THEY WILL HAVE RESPECT FOR YOU*
So sad that even after Veterans risk their lives for this Country and they stay loyal so many are homeless starving. I'm from Houston and everyday I see them begging for money. They're disabled amputee's and still disrespected while each Politician in Washington is allowed $47,000.00 to decorate their office. Remember that when you hear them say they love the Soldiers. This has been the allowance for years.

Just because you see a painhandler with sign disable vet or wearing military tops n bottoms that they are who they claim too be my buddy set up a social experiment claiming too be a vet or disable etc within an hour he already had almost 100 dls until a real veteran starting asking for his vet card .m.o s where he went to boot camp unit tats etc the vet at the end had notice if your a homeless vet why is it that your teeth are so clean nails trimmed busted all the monies collected WHERE donated to a vet center thank you for good intentions but be aware
@@lovellrodriguez8567 Not all may be but one did live in my Apartment complex. Had both his legs amputated and couldn't afford to pay rent, car payment, car insurance, and bills. I know he was in the Military. No I don't believe everything I see. My brother, cousin, and uncle all fought in Afghanistan and served in the Military for decades.

I was in a post office the other day and a man was in front of me. He had shirt key chain hat with ARMY on each item. When the postmaster gave him a price my mind said offer to pay. He stepped over to take care of something and I was called ahead of him. When he was done he came in my direction. I said "Army?" He said I use to be with a proud smile
With tears in my eyes and love in my heart without a thought I hugged this stranger and said" Thank you". Oh for all you who choke on skin tone Im light hes dark!! Imagine such a thing in a post office!!!! My My My
The reason why they get discriminated is due to the atrocities that was done by other soldiers... Like a veteran getting discriminated by people because his comrades (from other battalions) committing senseless murder or genocide to various innocent civilians or even unarmed enemy soldiers or personnel

True but not just a soldier anybody. I really like this story not because of the bullying but because it made the boy humbled and I do like they took the soldier home. Realistically, it would be better for them because LT,
still could teach the boy things and help with the upbringing as I didn't see anyone else trying to pick the boy up. I think he could teach or instill some ethics and occupy him by teaching chess. ,

That is so messed up. The soldier fights and almost dies for the country and his reward is getting bullied by this punk child. Also his wife divorced him?
First time seeing that boy act rotten. And second time seeing him in a wheelchair😁. “That’s a bold face lie” (first time hearing that from that boy)! That kid has been harassing me for the past 20 minutes”. So angry😄. Even he redeemed himself by not only apologizing but letting him come with them back home and letting him sleep in his room.
This kid needs to respect this veteran. He may not be kin, but war hero is still celebrity. You need to know people's circumstances before judging, that is being kind!!!!!!!
