- Jasper County Sheriff Earl Vance and his Deputy Doug McDonald are patrolling the streets looking for someone to pull over. You see, the county cops have not met their citation quota for the month and need to give someone a ticket. The Sheriff mentions to the Deputy that targeting black and latino drivers is the best method. However, when they pull over a motorist and begin to issue a citation, they realize she is not just another driver, she is in fact a circuit court judge.

there's a youtube video showing some cop in florida pulling over florida state attorney general, who happens to be a black female. the officer doesn't realize who he pulled over until he sees the drivers license. you can tell he gets real embarrassed and makes some lame excuse as to why he pulled her over. she doesn't say much of anything, other then give him that look of a mother who's about to whip her son's a## for doing something really stupid. too funny.

High School Diploma is not enough to hire people to be a COP.
I think NYC requires at least 2 years of College.

In Ontario, all recruits must attend and graduate from Ontario Police College. Failure to graduate results in termination of employment with the service that hired the recruit.
But there are colleges that offer a law enforcement program, which helps at getting through OPC.
It's sad that it takes longer to become a barber or cosmetologist than it does to become a cop.

It’s normal for Officers to carry out this kind of behavior and conduct in all the States county’s and towns in the Country! The Police, Sheriff Offices should not be allowed to operate like this no matter what they may think!😮 We’re not supposed be penalized because of driving through or being in any towns cities another State or not else because of the color of your skin or driving a nice car; or vehicle that’s they haven’t seen in their State. License plates are another reason they used to stop you even if you’re not speeding or broken any Laws! It’s Profiling and should not be tolerated 😮
