Kawasaki really over engineered the petcock unnecessary, a blank off is the best option or doing the same as what you did, replace it totally, I'm almost sure a KX 250 petcock fits
Rusty tanks, what's even crazier than that over engineered petcock is that my 1999 klr has still got the original petcock . I'm just waiting for that fateful day when the little thin piece of rubber they call the diaphragm fails. And it will. But I am stocked that it's still holding up. Right!!!!!!
Less complicated, and it works. .. there's also a diaphragm replacement hack if you want to by-pass the original vacuumed side. Thanks for participating
