Hi Bree. I love skin. So here are a few suggestions. Target sells The Winky Lux Petal Cleanser which is good for rebalancing and softening the skin and it has vitamin c and rose petals to boot. ELF has the Superclarify Cleanser which has niacinamide in it which will help clarify and smooth the complexion. I would suggest use the Petal in the morning and the ELF at night. After that toner is great for textured skin. Pixi (@ Target) has the Rose Tonic To-go nourishing pads. The Glow recipe has the pore tight toner with BHA + PHA. I alternate between these two. A facial serum with at least 1.5% hyaluronic acid is great to use. A great facial serum I like to put on at night is the Glow Recipe's Watermelon Glow Dew Drops that have our favorite word...niacinamide. I also use it as a highlighter over makeup. Lastly, a good night cream with retinol. I use the OLAY Regenerist Retinol 24 every night.
During the day, I use the Tatcha the Dewy Skin Cream. And always use sunscreen. I like the Black Girl Sunscreen for face and body. Plenty of water, some eye patches here and there and Gua Sha contouring can help too. Sorry for being so long winded, but I like details.
Also, one more thing. Towels harbor bacteria after a few uses. I would suggest buying the Clean Skin Club clean towels which are made of bamboo and are biodegradable. They are found on Amazon or at Clean Skin Club website. I get the XL towels and cut them in half. I use the one half for the morning and night cleanse then I toss. If you are just washing your face with water, you can use that same half for up to 3 times.

Bree, I’m not telling you what you should do because I’m not an expert. I’ll say though, that using a good toner every night after washing my face has been a miracle worker for me. Eventually, all of the stuff that was stuck in my pores and causing texture came out. I mean especially the whitehead material on my nose. Girl, I hated mine too.
