Nothing wrong with that penthouse life sis! My hubby and I bought a house on 2 acres and I want to sell it and get a condo in the Bahamas lol. Folks always want to tell somebody what to do with they money. Life is short so you keep doing what makes you happy!

Everything you said about owning is on point. I have a house and I always say a Condominium would of been my choice, if it wasn’t for my family. It’s a lot of maintenance and I’m actually jealous of those who rent and have a very nice space like yours. Take your time and if you never decide to buy a house sis it’s ok ❤

Yesss I love feeling like I'm in a hotel. I settled on buying a luxury townhouse in a small lil townhouse village where the hoa cuts the grass and provides wifi, trash, water and gas. There's also a Starbucks on site, fye gym and other amenities. I have 2 kids and 1 otw and figured the high rise life was over for me..for now but the house thing ain't MY thang. Luxury hotel life meeeee. Look into luxury townhouse communities. U get the space of a house but the amenities and luxury of a lux apartment

Yes please take your time living in a home is extremely expensive here's the list for you water electric stove electric heating dishwasher washing machine dryer Electric taking care of your front and back yard Plumbing and excetera just to give you an idea when I started seeing those bills I was very shocked and you always got to have some money to the side for emergencies as a homeowner you are responsible for everything so please take your time and good luck you're in my prayers you and your family.

You don't have to purchase a house, you can purchase a condo, townhome etc. I will always encourage homeownership or investment properties for a lot of reasons such as investment income, tax breaks and it's something you can leave to your children if that's something you want to do. I personally wanted my child to grow up in a neighborhood, have a backyard, neighborhood friends etc. When she graduates I may entertain condo living. I bought new construction which typically isn't much maintenance in the first 10 years or so, you have a husband so the shared responsibility should make it a little easier as well. I suggest speaking to a financial advisor, wasting money on an apartment is not wise for many reasons so maybe they can offer some invest solutions to offset the apartment cost. But at the end of the day, your money...your choice.

Girl take your time buying a home. It’s a big headache & a lot of maintenance. Society have us thinking renting is bad everyone need to buy. Girl do what’s work for you & ur family ❤

Hi Bree, I wanted to reach out to you and tell you about my dentist Dr. Ernie Soto in Plantation, Fl because he is the best! I was terrified of going to the dentist so much that I refused to go to a dentist for fifteen years. Until someone recommended Dr. Soto to me. Let me tell you... He did all my dental work in two visits and he knocked my ass out! what I mean is that He put me to sleep and when I woke up all my dental work was done. ZERO pain! My teeth are beautiful today and I get so many compliments and I owe it all to Dr. Soto. Also he and all his staff are super sweet. I don't get any deals to recommend him I just wanted to tell you because you said you can't deal with pain...me too.

Hey what size did you have on in the Amazon set??
If your earrings is heavy they can spit your ears we don’t won’t them to heavy and then they would have your ear hurting I use to wear heavy earrings and that’s how my ears start spitting and I had to get a new hole in my ear because of the heavy earrings so I stay away from them please try not to get them heavy that really hurts
