Hy thanks for your time. I've a lexus 18 XL570 Here the tilgate shut but insaid the dash shows that it's still open what could be the issue? And dosent open via the remot?
Thankyou good info. mine is a 2004 330 and it worked fine till today. It started to close either by itself or she accidentally pushed the button while she was in the doorway and had to force stop the motorized closing. I think its dead, it won't even open manually
Rob Ruddick hmmm that’s strange, sometimes you can manually open it and push (hold) the button on the lift gate when it’s all the way open. This resets the open height and may fix your issue.
Well I thought this didn’t work, because my settings appeared to already be “on”. But then a few minutes later I tried the button again and it started working. So weird!

But how do you turn the touchless sensor on? When I turn everything else on and then go over to Touchless sensor it says off
