2017 Lexus RX350 Fsport Rear Liftgate has 2 beeps and no movement -- how to fix it

My battery died with the tailgate partly open and when the battery was recharged the tailgate did 2 beeps and refused to move. Nothing in the manual addressed this. Lexus dealer couldn't help. I struck out until I stumbled on a Toyota dealer tip. This video shows how to reset the tailgate to work electrically again.
