Watching this 1 hr before my last exam in med school, you guys were of great help to me during A LOT of previous OSCE exams! thank you and keep it up.
Good luck for the exam Mohammed, we're sure you'll do great! :)
did u pass
Tell us mohammed! We are invested
I did with phenomenal grades! I am currently physician in training : ) , good luck.
@@maa9542 hahaha, literally one hour away as well from my last exam xD
Watching this 4 hours before my med school osce 😭 thankgod for you guys
This is so good for revision! One thing I'd like to mention is at our uni they often implore us to explain the need to stand behind the patient for palpation of the neck and associated lymph nodes. They recommend we make sure the patient understands that, so that they don't get uncomfortable :)
In ghana we do the process reversely ...we start with the thyroid directly, to the face and end with the hands. This is to make sure, time doesn't run out during you exams without eliciting the most important skill
Same in Nigeria.
Same in Nigeria.
@@nathanmalik1697 that's good to know. Thanks.

Amazing video thanks😊
Btw in our uni we percuss the bones directly and we roll the lymphnodes against bony prominences to detect smaller ones also the scalp lymph nodes is important in case of thyroid malignancy

Thank you❤️❤️
THIS IS SO NICE
Thank you
great video
Superb👍
thank you
Great video as always. Wouldn't hurt to add Pemberton's test in a new version (Although a 3 minute test in an OSCE setting is rare) as well as palpating the carotid pulse for Berry's sign (Absence of carotid pulse). Lid lag finger movement was a bit slow in my opinion but not a big deal.
Amazing 💙
