Pemberton's sign not kocher ,
Kocher sign in which there strider while compression the trachea , in which indicates the need for tracheostomy after operation

Pemberton sign causes dyspnea and facial congestion when both arms elevated upwards which wasnt done in the video

smooth from the outside (skin is smooth) but nodular under the skin (multiple nodules underneath the skin)
