I had my heart set on doing Carraway too, the iconic massive one Birmingham is known for, but it was already half torn down. This was was cool though, it's alway nice to get into a hospital.
@@JaredCokerUrbex I’ve actually gone to Carraway in the middle of it being torn down. I wish you had still gone just to see it once, although it is heartbreaking for me to see it like that.
I just got used to it and desensitized to it over the years, now I never really think about it it just comes naturally until I actually see signs of danger.
@@chris.agony. I dunno, as long as I've been exploring stuff it's been me on my own for about 90 percent of it, so in the early days I guess some of the darker more intimidating looking places were probably pretty scary, but I'd watched enough other types of urbex themed content that I felt I could expect what to expect.
We currently have 7 people making your shrine. We are pouring the concrete foundation and it will eventually be 3 stories tall in the mountainous terrain east of Phoenix.
I think you probably missed the basement. Down there are always the boiler rooms for heat and water systems, electrical sometimes and usually the maintenance room and most of all and the best part...the morgue. People always die in hospitals and they all have one with the cooler, slabs etc. Be cool
5:00 I thought there was someone at the end of the hallway in the doorway...nope, just illusion of wire hanging down.
No way, I know that exact hospital, had it marked down too. That’s amazing, glad you actually made it inside.

I considered it, since half of it's still there, but I also saw cops all over
11:46 My Aunt used to own a stereo just like that one.

Thats quite a good spot though. Not as demolished as many others. Hope it stays like that.
Welcome to Birmingham...I live in a suburban city 10 minutes from downtown.
You might find a few interesting spots in the Ensley area.
Oh for sure, i filmed several around there
