    FLATTENED RICE / POHA - 1 CUP
    WATER - As per required (Soak)
    GRAM FLOUR / Besan - ½ Cup
    GREEN CHILLI - 2 Tsp
    GINGER - 1 Tsp
    ONION - 1 Small
    TOMATO - 1
    CARROT - 1/4TH Cup
    BELL PEPPER - 2 Tbsp
    CORIANDER LEAVES - 2 Tbsp
    CUMIN SEEDS - 1 Tsp
    TURMERIC POWDER - 1 Tsp
    SALT - To Taste
    WATER - As per Required (Semi Thick Consistency)
    GHEE
    Poha Cheela also known as Chilla which is simple protein - packed & aromatic spiced Flattened rice pancakes popular from North Indian Cuisine. This Colorful Veggie filled Pancake is best For Breakfast as well as Lunchbox. This Easy Breakfast Recipe needs no Grinding or Fermenting etc.
