      @@MerijnSchoeber I just think more of these like workouts and stuff! It’s a good way to give ideas and what not. Just like the programming, how do you like to do hybrid set ups, etc. I just think there’s so much!

    Great to see this! I just bought the program and it's great.
    But, I'd like that you shared handstand warm-up and running training example. I know handstands are optional, but it would be great if you included those since some of us are interesting in improving there as well.
    Could you share more info on these two stuff?

    when you mention 1 set or 2 you mean top sets ?

      Yes, working sets. It does not include warmup sets. These sets are close to failure, so that’s why there’s less sets than some other programs.

      Haha thx man. While recording this I was at the end of my shred, appearing bigger on camera (81kg). Was pretty impressed with the footage myself lol :D But in reality I didn't gain any size as of lately. Maintaining it is difficult enough while combining with running
