If i'm speeding, i'm not blaming others for driving normally, that is on me in that point and that barely happens cause i use rules like be able to stop or avoid in stretch of road you see. If there is lots of intersections its not worth, specially if you are not able to avoid on oncoming lane if there is any traffic on there.

You're supposed to check the road to the right to make sure there's nothing coming before you enter the roudnabout. Biker should have slowed down for sure but they still have right of way and the car has a responsibility to check

Imagine if, every time there was an indiscretion on our roads regardless of vehicle type, drivers started to rev their engines, shout at other road users to 'pull over!' and argue at traffic lights or junctions etc. It would be chaos. Rightly or wrongly, bike riders should be riding defensively 24/7 and within the designated speed limit for the road. Always assume other vehicles haven't seen you. Of course, incidents that are caused by dangerous driving are exactly that i.e. dangerous. And when bikers are injured or worse at no fault of their own that is of course regrettable or in some cases tragic. However SO many of the clips uploaded are by riders not riding appropriately and then blaming other road users. Often, THEY are the ones at fault. Riding a bike does not give you a god given right to ride as you see fit, then complain/moan about other road users.

Where as a turn signal is a minor traffic infraction committing a more serious traffic infraction such as passing on the right that leads up to an actual wreck this would fall on the biker. And for those of you who dont know this. Any larger vehicle or something with a trailer/towing something. They're always gonna make wide slow turns so start being more patient and you wont eat as many pieces of teeth and metal.

Plutoni moto was such a nice guy when passing other drivers and even when his brother fell, he still made sure that he had no minor injuries and that his bike was ok.
