    Try adding the brown spice powders after adding the meat. This way it avoids the bitter after taste . I learnt frm the spice lady...

      @@priscillapeters6004 I cook the spices before the meat to avoid the bitterness, this is how it cooks in the oil, thereafter it coats the meat. I don’t have any bitterness as the spices are cooked. You can do what works for you 👍🏼

      @@tazneemlatiff5609 when I made this video I had just moved house - had to get an induction stove and got this campaign for Nederburg. I had deadlines and did not realise that I needed pots that would have to be specifically used on the induction stove so that’s why there was a smaller pot used

      The leaves and seeds is what gives it the flavour 🔥 I wouldn’t add it if it wasn’t necessary

      @eatmeerecipes but that curry looked really nice. I love sheephead but just cleaning it is an issue for me. I don't know which parts to put in.
