ORANGE! Yes. I have a plush head band worn when you’re removing makeup and it’s that color. I thought of big, plump, juicy cheeks and lips. It’s the return of Clinique. Posh orange. It is said women like orange the least. That is just all wrong. I freely admit orange can be hard to work with, but it’s worth it. So stunning and chic and self-loving.
It's so amazing how similar everything you teach is. It's all the same thing but in so many different ways. Marissa is so brilliant and we are all so lucky to have her desire to teach us what she knows. I am so thankful for her. Thank you Marissa. 😊
I learned this but in a biblical way. Our parents have a lot of authority over our life. So what your parents say have a big influence in your life. And In the Bible it says “there is life and death in the power of the tongue” which means be careful what you say because your words have power
I was ajways told by family members I was the 'naughty one' and a trouble maker, be syse I stuck up for myself... Ended up doing a u turn and became a quiet walk over who never stuck up for myself. Everytime I stuck up for myself I was in the wrong and got more negative labels put on me. Be careful what you say to children they soak it up like a sponge and it lives in the subconscious and you forget yourself
Oh "get your head out of the clouds". That hits home so much i can't help but laugh. I've often been one to see how labels affect people, but I for some reason didn't attach it to how we were when we were children. Thank you.
Thank you so much for your videos. I cannot afford a therapist at the moment but I feel much better now seeing we can get rid of old scripts that affect our self-esteem and choose to do better each day.
Labels giving to me growing up was “my peculiar child” I was “ the invisible child”. I wasn’t seen nor heard. I wanted to be a dancer and was told I was too fat and too old to start dancing, I was 9 yo. Now I’m in therapy. Hence why I follow Marissa and Tony Robins. It’s not that simple to reprogram the brain takes a lot of money and therapy.
Therapy yes, money no. We already have everything we need to heal ourselves, weve just been fooled into thinking someone else has it, that healing costs money and is expensive. Just look at the medical industry, it practically tricks people into thinking that. Healing is free
We are labelling and setting limits and creating our perception how we see ourselves . Is better idea just try and have experience . I would never think ,that I would ever like sport activity , when I was young .
I was the awkward one. Ironically i grew up feeling disheartened because a lot of things did not go my way so i often found life difficult and frustrating.
I was called "awkward" all the time, when actually my parents were scaring me, putting me in catch 22 situations, and then gaslighting me about it. Then they got angry with my confusion and fear and said I was awkward, stubborn, or being difficult.
My Grandmother called me stupid. Every little thing I did. “What are you stupid, you have no brains?” She made me feel so bad about myself. Criticizing me, making fun of me.
I know when I was younger I was always smiling and hugging people in pictures. I have to find that girl. I isolated myself for years because of a toxic family.
As a young child my parents called me stupid, ugly, a waste of space and an imbecile.....and that's just the tip of the iceberg. No wonder my whole life has been messed up!!
You are no mistake!! Don't ever believe that again,please...hard to imagine parents talking like that.Im so very sorry. You are an expression of God.We are all one and need each other. How can that be a mistake??
