Well, currently testing one that uses Paladin of Dark Dragon and Pre-Prep for easy access to REDMD; also testing a build with three Allures, two Seven Stars and Labradorite Dragon for Ultimaya plays.
Kenbousou Oh I mean like further Red-eyes support cards in future sets not builds and yeah PoDD works great with O'l Dr. Red and especially because of the PoDD ritual spells' second effect, sometimes when I know I shouldn't try to bring out PoDD i just discard/ let it get destroyed and use it to search.
Nice! I have two wyverns it's honestly the MVP aside from darkness metal... I can't count how many times I've brought back one or both of my darkness metals, used their effects to bring back two red eyes and then overplayed for flare. I use two retro dragons as a backup as I find when my dragons are dark holes or raigi breaked I just bring them all back. Would love to duel!
I play carbonedon it's great combo with one for one it can bring you the Red-eyes flare metal dragon ,tracer effect veiler too then Dragon's mirror to bring out the First of the dragons and I run Daigusto too
Is it possible to do a Chaos Max/Black luster-Blue Eyes built? I only ask because a friend of mine actually plays a deck like that. It sounds interesting and a unique change to all the Blue-Eyes decks I've seen. What do you think, TeamSamuraiX1?
I've done a bit of play testing and I feel this build could benefit from Wonder XYZ, since I can get two red eyes on board by my opponent's turn. Maybe replace warning since I can't find that card. (or not, cause I'm not good with deck building)
Why not run Beast-Eyes Pendulum Dragon instead of the Ghostrick? He gets over more, triggers Black Metal, and even does a little burn when swinging over def position monsters. He just seems like a better card for the deck.
question - Do you have all these decks built & ready to use, each with their own staples or do u have to break them up or take out the staples to use in other decks?
You should play rune eyes oendulum dragon, contact with kynka byo and black metal dragon, after summoning the rune eyes, black metal dragon will trigger and allow you to search any red eyes card you want, like redmd

+eddy9524 Just a thought. I have it in my Red-Eyes/Dragunity deck which incorporates 8 Red-Eyes 9 Drag unity and the 3 Egyptian God Cards. Plus it was a gift and I promised I'd keep it in my deck.
if a monster attack my dragon and i use Return of the dragon lord effect to protect it by banishing Return of the dragon lord from the graveyard. Do i still take battle damage from the attack though?
Has anyone tried this deck out? I'm building a red eyes deck and using this as a big inspiration but will tweak as needed. How competitive is it? Obviously it won't be top tier but that's to he expected.
Bay Bomber can always just look for it in booster packs or structure decks if it comes in one lol honestly that's what I do, it doesn't always go well, but when it does its nice pulling that much needed card and also getting some other kool cards along the way. for me, the hunt for a card I want is pretty exciting. but when I have money to blow on cards, I wouldn't mind just buying what I need

Lame, you should run Lord of the red, red eyes spirit and more returns, not return or cry - when insight comes it's gna be insane - you can search for trans/spirit/ return and fusion -

I kind of don't get why you didn't put in Red-Eyes Spirit. I would personally prefer to play it over something like Return Of The Red-Eyes.

Tbh I think Felgrand and Arkbrave just get in the way of what Blue-Eyes and Red-Eyes wanna do, not sure it's the best hybrid
You can also summon heart earth dragon with astral force which is awesome

I like the old synchro version better; I can make a first-turn, 3-Card King Calamity/Red Nova with my build now.

I agree. I tried that junk synchron combo and it works out nicely with other lv 4 synchro monsters too.
Different than the combo I'm using but cool. This one just needs One For One, a lv7 Red-Eyes and Return of the Dragon Lords

it's graveyard effect comes in handy only like.. once in a blue moon. at least with tracer you get to special summon multiple red-eyes if allowed.
