Unfortunately I had juvenile arthritis at 15 and my joints haven't been the same since. My back is killing me on a daily basis but I find some relief in just bending backwards on a table or on a large foam roller. I do think this would do wonders for my lower back tho
Perfect candidate for the ring dinger. If you have scoliosis and herniated discs I would be cautious getting this make sure you talk to the chiropractor about your condition . I got a vertical manual spinal decompression manipulation (ring dinger) not from these guys but it sent me to the hospital my whole spine went into spasm they gave me oxycodone when I walked into the ER bent over.
I believe that back pain problems occur from staying idle, not moving or sitting down constantly for many hours, or doing the least kind of daily activities. Staying active is the best way to avoid these problems as one grows.
@ringdinger my brother has scoliosis, and had some pretty extreme spinal curves in his spine. He had surgery/like 15-20 years ago to straighten it out and had metal rods put in to maintain the pressure to keep his spine from curving again! He is in constant pain, and I don't know what to do for him and if it's even possible for you to help him? His dr doesn't really seem to care and just throws painkillers at it
So sad to see such young people with spine issues . Back pain sucks like hell. The pain robs you your life completely.

In order to feel what they’re feeling, you need to be in complete misery beforehand. You don’t want that.
@ worth it
Do you think it would do damage if you don’t have back pain just kind of stretching you out a bi?/
@@handslama709No it will not damage you.
