I understand the need to grow the business and for you to have a better life. I totally get that but everything has a price. When you are now controlled by another company, especially if it's publicly traded or owned by a private equity firm, profits are all they after. Quality is no longer a priority. Employees work/life balance suffer. Cynical cost cutting starts to become a theme. They drain a company of all it's worth until there is an empty shell of it's former self and toss it out. Granted it does not happen every time, and some cases it starts on a very positive note, but it can change.

That may be true in some takeovers, but that isn't the case here. All of the same staff are here and if anything, quality of life has significantly improved because we have been able to grow and add more employees to understaffed teams resulting in better work life balance and company culture. It's important in business to find the best deal possible, and with our purchase and subsequent growth into the Euro Motorparts Group, it's been nothing but positive for everyone involved.

Having worked at 034 since 2018 and through the acquisition, it's only continued to be a better and better place to work. We're supported very well and finally can grow comfortably in our space.

@@034MotorsportUncutu can deny all u want but ur not the exception to the rule, u sold the majority share which means u have NO SAY IN WHAT DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS HAPPEN AND DONT.. I get it u sold out for money … don’t act like the quality won’t drop .. workers being happy equals quality parts … unhappy workers make shit parts

@@jturk0131 The President and CEO has no say in day to day operations? That's simply not how that works. We sold almost 5 years ago at this point and quality and employee happiness has only increased in that time. No business is successful without the team that runs it, and our team has only grown in size and capabilities to better serve our customers with more, quality products and better support.
