Guys i think i need some help. I have a 2021 s4 with 034 stage 1 ecu and tcu tune and on dynamic S my exhaust valves are closed atleast the one i can see behind passenger. I only have soot coming from the 3rd exhaust tip counting from the left if looking at the car from behind. No matter what mode im in the valve is always closed. I tried pushing it open but it seems its spring loaded shut its not stuck. Could the springs from the actuator be broken? Should i try flashing back to stock and see if it opens?? Please anything helps!!!

can the head studs be done one at a time without completely disassembling the motor? Like is done on many other platforms.
It cannot be successfully done that way. We recommend replacing the head gasket while doing head studs.

We do not have verified fitment for the Avant. Sorry about that.
Do I absolutely positively need the uprgaded cold air intake and intercooler to run stage 2? I have the upgraded downpipe, but the other 2 parts are a week away due to shipping delays.
Those bolt-on upgrades are absolutely required for our Stage 2 setup. We recommend having all of the required hardware installed on the vehicle before flashing the tune.
That's almost an R8 Level of performance, Impressive.
From my research, from July-August of 2018 build dates should have the 1st revision of the rocker arms. There was then a new part number that showed up in early 2019. Bottom line is that any build dates after August of 2018 have at least the 1st revision. It sounds like the 2nd revision wasn't any different in terms of functionality, but just an updated part number. I'd be curious to see if there were any failures of the 1st or 2nd revision part numbers as well.

Yes! These do fit 2024 RS5!
Would a transmission tune get rid of the horrible throttle lag?
No, but it would certainly keep you in the power range of your vehicle to ensure the power is always right there!
I added a turbo blanket to my 2018 Fiat 124 Lusso with a 1.4 litre turbo engine to reduce temperatures under the hood to prevent damage to a lot of the hoses and plastic/rubber components nearby the turbo. On the Spider the turbo blanket does not go anywhere near around the complete turbo more like 2/3 or slightly less around so this works better than the stock metal heat shield but is essentially a heat shield itself. It really does accomplish heat reduction under the hood. I haven’t observed any deterioration of anything on the turbo itself or anywhere else. I wasn’t expecting any vehicle performance change and there wasn’t any change. The turbo blanket does prevent heat buildup and hence extends the useable life of under hood components. My experience with this vehicle anyway.
Hi I have your guy’s stage 1 ECU tune for the SQ5 & I’m not sure why the car doesn’t crackle when parked/neutral as this one is here. I do have crackle overun enabled and only crackles when driving but never when in neutral.

When I go to install this, which of the trays do I have to remove under the car? Everyone shows how simple this is but I can’t see the part I need to swap out and don’t want to just start disassembling things.
You do not need to remove any trays to install the transmission mount insert.

The TTE710 will not make more power with a catless downpipe when compared to a quality racing catalyst (for sanctioned racing use only)

The low torque file is for those looking to maximize the life of their factory clutch.
@@034MotorsportUncut then by saying that, it’s not safe to run the file without the low torque settings with a stock tcu. When I have been told by your support there is no issue and it is safe. I’ve also notice horrible shifting or lag between 3rd n 4th. 1st gear and 2nd to 3rd will feel normal but from 3rd to 4th it will shift at like under 2k rpm n lag to gain rpm.
HJS are much more quality products than Gesi. The pollution standards in EU are much more stringent than EPA every day and night. HJS makes EUR6 and EUR6d compliant downpipes. They are spare parts with legal aproved EC documentation; you just swap over the stock one without losing the warranty.
I just wanted to come on here and say that I just started running the E85 tune on my Alltrack and wow what a difference in power. I launched it yesterday and was able to get the rear wheels to slip a little. Great job guys!! I hope to upgrade to an IS38 in the future, can't wait to see what you have in store for us.

Hi I have a 91 file stage 1 tune and a tcu stage 1. When I go to the drag strip would I be able to use 93 or would that be bad thing. I’m in Auckland New Zealand
You can run 93 AKI in your 91 AKI tuned vehicle without issue. In general, you can run a higher octane rated pump gas than what your tune file is rated for.
I want to put these springs on my 2024 RS5 with DRC. do you have a recommended/partner shop in Toronto, Canada, that will do the install? I don't want anyone touching my car, unless fully qualified. tia!

The throttle body tuning is included free of charge with our Stage 2+ ECU tuning, and is listed on the flashing server as SuperDuper TB. You must own 034 Stage 2+ ECU tuning to use the throttle body. Do you guys sell high flow cats for C7.5 a6? Ive heard the stock cats are fairly bad and known to fail but removing them would make yearly inspection a pain and you guys are pretty reliable
We do not sell racing catalysts for that platform
Will this give supercharger a louder whine?
In general, you supercharger will be louder as an effect of it being engaged 100% of the time

This is for the B8 3.0T/7A and the Standard file. In Auto and Comfort, the old tune’s shift points were too low for my heavy Cabriolet. It was worth it because of the excellent shift points and performance in Dynamic. Now, with the new transmission tune, the car is more lively in Comfort and Auto. I no longer get penalized with engine bogging and slow acceleration but still have smooth shifting. I don’t have to constantly switch modes when going from highway to around town. The car is much easier and fun to drive, in that aspect. Dynamic has improved a little bit as well but I was very satisfied with it, already. I've noticed quicker shifting and more aggressive/sooner auto downshifting. It has gotten that much better. Just a quick review for anyone wondering about the standard tune file on a B8.
Is it bad to put a diverter valve spacer?
We do not recommend altering the factory diverter valve. The ECU relies on reading the responsiveness from the DV itself; BOVs or spacers venting to the atmosphere can alter those readings, resulting in underboost or overboost codes in transient (on and off) throttle applications. If you're looking to increase the "blow-off" noise of your car, we would highly recommend upgrading your intake system.
Installing these July 8th. I’ve basically got everything you guys offer for stage 2 93 with exception of Downpipe. She goes. Got all the suspension parts as well with exception of front sway bar/ end links. Once these motor mounts go in (96k miles now. Been tuned since 50k) the car should wake back up and get rid of some of the low rpm sluggishness.
Any rough eta?

I have the stock turbo, but may upgrade later. Does it make sense to add the SuperDuper inlet now with only the stock turbo? Any gains with Stage 1, or should I just get the regular 034 inlet and wait until I upgrade at a later time?
Our SuperDuper Inlet pairs great with the factory turbocharger and allows it to operate more efficiently. Our tuning software will automatically adjust for the freer flowing intake system and make full use of the added airflow potential, resulting in a slight HP/TQ increase
I put a turbo blanket on my a3 tfsi after stage 2 map and it lasted 3 weeks haha 😛
just had the 034 lowering springs fitted on an s4 b9 with some new shocks, 100% happy with them not too high and not lowered too much but just perfect you can certainly feel the difference compared to stock with the initial feel when sticking your foot down PS: 034 you don't want to donate towards my setup do you 😂
how do i recalibrate the ecu? I have a 2019 audi s4 and I have cts intake and 034 stage 1 ecu and stage 2 tcu 034?
034 stage 1 and after accounts for the intake, it is already calibrated for an upgraded intake
No recalibration is required for your setup. Our ECU calibration will automatically adjust for the additional headroom
Don't mess around with cheap parts on your modified ride.
It would be cool if we could do a DSG adaptation from this software.

Would it be wise to switch back to fuel for a bit to help clean the injectors from running E85?
It certainly doesn't hurt to cycle out E85 with pump gas every once in a while
Great question.
I just installed the upper, already had the lower and it made a huge difference. There is a bit more nvh at idle and low rpm, as expected, but worth it. I noticed the front of my lower insert was bent just a tad from not having the upper for so long. Still works fine. Upper insert is a must for better launches or minor aggressive starts.
What pads do you have to use with these?
If the car is primarily driven on the street, we recommend OE pads. For dedicated Track/AutoX use, we recommend Pagid, Hawk, and Carbotech.
Is Amax shifting part of the stage 2 TCU when accelerating hard in S mode or only during launch? Since upgrading to stage 2 TCU shifts are much harder, almost brutal when stepping on the gas. No issues long term with such hard shifts? Thank you
AMAX shifts on Stage 2 TCU are only present from a launch. Shifts during normal acceleration are made faster and stronger through Stage 2 TCU, and are completely safe for the transmission based on our rigorous testing.
Just to clarify using your setup on line, the TCU stage 1 will be free with the ECU tune purchase once the TCU stage 1 tune is ready to be released?
The Stage 1 TCU is included automatically at no cost when you purchase Stage 1 ECU tuning. Once the later model TCUs are unlocked, you will automatically have access to the Stage 1 TCU tune to unlock full torque capabilities from the Engine and Transmission!
I keep forgetting to tune in to the Monday show to ask my question, so here it is - are you aware of how stage 1 and an LPG converted 3.0 work along? Are they even compatible? Of course, if they're compatible I the lpg installer will need to configure the LPG mapping properly
Our tuning is not suited to be ran on LPG converted vehicles

It is not. We're still working on unlocking TCUs for late 2022+ models

I want to mention that dyno figures aren't the end all be all benchmark folks should look at prior to deciding which tuner they will partner with on their modding journey. Real world example: I track my MK7.5 Golf R and with one tuner I would have constant oil temperature issues. At one point, I saw 285F oil temps, which is terrible for the motor. This was after a few sessions in the day, and a few laps in. Regular laps, not hot laps where I'm pushing myself and the car. I switched to 034 and now I get peak temps of 250F. TL;DR: The original tuner I went with went for the highest HP number on the dyno while 034 had a holistic approach.
