Spu seems very small but out of season it only handles 5 flights a day! Last time I was at spu an employee told me this.
pretty cool to see prop aircraft. i only fly with the A380 and sometimes the 747. loved this video😀😀

Well done on making the Vienna flight
Such a shame and a disgrace for the country to have such a overcrowded airport like Split.
New terminal is being planned for a decade but the construction still hasn't begun.
Since there's 20% rise of passengers every year it will be even worse in the next 2-3 years until the new terminal is finished.
And that said if it's going to be finished in time. Delays are totally normal for Croatia as you have experienced.
So sad...such a beautiful region with such an overcrowded airport :/

is split airport small?? i think its more crazier in there than Manila Airport (T4), its such a tiny airport but its not that crazy, every airline has its own check in counters.
ive been in Split Zagreb and Vienna withh the same plane yoi be been but then i dribed all the wy back from vienna to split it was crazy

I love flying in the dash 8 but hate the landing. The dash 8 is very stable and agile in flight. The Atr makes me nervous cause it doesn’t feel stable in flight. The dash 8s touch down is not smooth at all. But overall it’s an excellent aircraft.

I have been in a couple of those large propeller aircraft. I quite like them, but simultaneously feel nervous in them, more so than in a jet aircraft. No logical reason for it, I expect. Fun video. Perhaps you could also post some sight seeing videos? Looking forward to your next film.

Nice vid :) just a little correction -- other drinks (still, carbonated water, oj, coffee, etc) are complimentary. it's a short list of them, but they are free. ;)
Only on international flights, on domestic flights only water is free... :/

was it me or did anyone else saw the wild rate of descent of the plane at 10:58 to 11:00 , the pilot had to be texting his gf at that time
Btw, the dash eights are really hard to land smoothly.
This summer we had a 13hrs flight from JFK to Doha and it arrived late in Doha, so when we arrived there we 'ran' to our gate for our next 7hrs flight back to Jakarta..extremely tight connection hahaha
I have also some very tight connections in Doha but I've reached them all (while running through the terminal)!
nice. Europe would be nice to go but from south-east asia its extremely expensive for some, the flight there would cost alot. Do come to singapore one day! Its hot but i guess its a fun place for some!

Ich verstehe ja diesen Enthusiasmus. Bin selbst infiziert, aber die Videos sind echt langweilig. Keine Fakten, zuviel unwesentliche Märsche durch schier endlose Terminals, verwackelt, unscharf, seitenlange Text-Kommentare, die zu kurz im Bild sind oder unlesbar weil der Hintergrund selbst zu hell. Schlechte Perspektiven, kaum Schnitt. Wer sind deine Follower?

I'm actually surprised that your bag was able to make a connection that short. Figured it would have been left behind and followed you on the next flight from Zagreb.
It's possible, sometimes the bags also have a additional "short connection" tag on it. ;)

Dragisa to je vaš glavni grad a Split nije glavni grad Hrvatske pa mu ne treba bolji aerodrom! A kad bi uspoređivali Beogradski i Zagrebački mislim da je Zagrebački bolji jer je noviji i lijepši!
