Especially learned to move the towed vehicle out and in with under lift. Enjoyed seeing the heavy pulled closer with the under lift too. I crossed a suspect bridge too recently in my 50Ton that weighs 40k
Since these trucking companies are going to design & produce these "Monster Trucks" Then tow truck companies also need to build "Monster Tow Trucks" to help these guys.
30% grade if you watched the video you’d see. The driver tried to make it up the hill for an hour. His company dispatched us to help him up the hill and that’s exactly what I did here. Don’t come on my channel talking sh*t
Interesting how there just happened to be a couple random guys there with stop/slow paddles to help with traffic. Did they just walk out of the bushes?!?!?
He was delivering to the zoo, went the wrong way, got to the wrong entrance and they sent him this way to find the proper location. Driver didn’t check his map properly and took a horrible route lol
Could have done what they do on the Coquihalla, throw a tow strap on the hooks and run a line from the winch and tow him the hill. But great video anyway. 👍
@@alwaystowing951josh It’s not like he’s pulling dead weight. The tanker driver was driving, just needed a little help to get over the top of the hill.
Honestly I didn’t want to hook via chain or strap. I didn’t want to jerk the truck and have any slack. Especially with his Trans being an auto I wanted everything to be fixed that way if I stall (which I did) his truck wouldn’t try to make its way through the back of my wrecker. I wanted full control of the combination going up the hill.
Back in the 70’s in Chicago you could only tow on the express way one exit. Pick it up next exit it was all secondary roads.Get a fuel tanker you couldnt repower be cause legs would collapse. You had to take truck to its stop and garage would pump it off.The windy has a low bridge or two.I only did it twice before law changed 79-80 I’d be scared to death to pull any automatic. That’s sketchy stuff. Great job.No offense to you.i subscribed your a hustler 4 sure…..What would he do in the mountains.
This Wrecker Must Be A Beaut. when he/she [Tow-Truck] is Fully Waxed and Polished. I would like to a See this when you have Time to Show the UA-cam Community.
This is why when I am driving into a new area I will always satellite view non highway routes. Takes some extra time yes, but you avoid getting yourself into a stupid situation such as this.
Wait how do u satellite view them and review the entirety of a non'-highway road? Wouldn't that take hours? Or is there some technique u use or? I'd like to know cuz I'm a truck driver too but I 100% rely on my Garmin to not get me into shitty situations relating to clearance and length restrictions
Our local big wrecker had to back 3km down an old rail line that is not much better then an ATV trail to get a race car hauler that followed his GPS un real the guy should spend the money and buy a big truck GPS not a car GPS
Thanks tips, glad you noticed lol I’ll show you something even cooler.. It’s actually a 30T not a 50. The name “50ton” is not what it weighs but what it’s rated to tow. This 30ton pulled more than double its tow rating up a 30% grade and that’s why, in this type of work, you need to have big nuts because sometimes the obvious is the least of the worries👍 Thanks for watching lol
11:49 I’m ready in 5 minutes! Lady proceeds to look at her invisible wristwatch hahahahaha
Lmaoo
Just noticed that :D. That's so funny
Hi there, first time watching your work from Sydney Australia. Thanks for sharing your stuff.
Thanks for stopping by, Hope all is well👍
Very professionally done, treated the driver very well with no criticism of his mistake. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Thank you sir!

65 tons on a 3 ton bridge. Holy Moly... Say your prayers.
Haha yup!!
Weighmasters everywhere are losing their minds
Excellent job brother!!!
Thanks brother👍👍
Go get 'em Rocky.
Over the top!
Some times following the GPS just gets you in trouble! Good job getting him up that hill!
Thank you!
11:51 dude ask her what kind of watch she’s wearing. I need one! 😂😂😂😂 just subscribed 👋 from NC.
awesome job man, waving a hand at you from London Ont!.
Thanks man👍🇨🇦
So the tanker couldn't get up hill.? those tow wreckers are 13speeds or 18th speeds?
Nice hill pull while loaded to the nines, keep up the great work and vids brother. Truck on 🖖
Appreciate it brother👍
Buen video amigo le salvaste el día a el otro operador me gusta mucho el camión que conduces ahora cuantos caballos de fuerza tiene el motor??
Haha, Rouge Valley bout 10 mins from my spot. Great video as always. Keep Haulinn! 💪
Haha thanks bro
so...stupid question - but why wouldn't he have lifted the middle axles on the trailer to put the weight on the drives to get him up the hill?
I was thinking the same thing! The automatic doesn’t help either
Check out the (magic creeper)that’s what I use and put it in the wash when it’s dirty. How about a video of the new truck?
He did a great job and was patient with annoying traffic.
Thanks for this video.
Your new truck is beautiful
Thank you!
Great job like always
Appreciate it bro
that first bridge a Bailey Bridge?
Wow what a lucky find on this video. It's very rare to see street signs I recognize and drive pass on the regular!

how steep is this hill?

impressive power the kw has thks for video.
Yea we got it turned up, so it’s making some good power. Thanks for watching
What was that guy going up twin rivers. I live in Scarborough so I recognized it. It a fun road during the winter
He was delivering to the zoo, went the wrong way, got to the wrong entrance and they sent him this way to find the proper location. Driver didn’t check his map properly and took a horrible route lol
we run 2 mack trucks for towing i love driveing both our mack trucks & we have 2 fords as well for cars & small vans & small trucks
Appreciate the info, thanks for watching!
That KW strong asf
11:50 she checked in her invisible watch to see those fives minutes you said
Could have done what they do on the Coquihalla, throw a tow strap on the hooks and run a line from the winch and tow him the hill. But great video anyway. 👍
Thanks!
Those hooks are not rated for the type of weight to be pulled up a hill he did a great job the way he did it
@@alwaystowing951josh It’s not like he’s pulling dead weight. The tanker driver was driving, just needed a little help to get over the top of the hill.
If you tied a yankum rope from your truck to his truck do you think it would have made the job easier.
Honestly I didn’t want to hook via chain or strap. I didn’t want to jerk the truck and have any slack. @@HighwayHeavyHooker ok
Great video be safe out there No more videos
Nice job brother
Appreciate it bro
So couldn’t he just have taken up the two front axles on the trailer? And that would’ve stopped the drive axles from lifting when he goes on the bump
That’s how you test a truck!!!
How did he not fall through a 3 ton bridge with that truck. And what was he doing on that road with a 4 axle trailer loaded. Must have gotten lost.
Yea he didn’t know the area well, lucky the bridges held up!

Hey brother, been a long time! Got more videos on the way!! Stay safe out there

Couldn't he just slide the fifth wheel all the way up? Worked for me in the rain, 162k up a hill at 12 percent grade for 2 miles!
I’m sure he could have tried that amongst other things
@@HighwayHeavyHooker Good job man, like always!
@@HighwayHeavyHooker You in a Kenworth now?

Da*n 130,000 pounds that 65 ton more than the wrecker weighs
Very good job. Just b careful what you put on your videos....
Thanks, and very true!
Client just dont stop talking Wow😮
👍😉
Never should of cross the bridges without the police approval.
He wasn’t even suppose to be driving that way … a 3 ton bridge smh 🤦🏾♂️
Our local big wrecker had to back 3km down an old rail line that is not much better then an ATV trail to get a race car hauler that followed his GPS un real

Lol doesn’t surprise me to hear such a thing and I totally agree with you on the gps 👍
Tf was she looking at ? lol she had no watch on her wrist
Rimsling & Slow Down Move Over ( What ) , Stay Safe& All The Be$t ☆¿
I think in most legality it os illegal to pull a disabled vehical with so little control and security of 1 chain .
Sorry, I’m not understanding. Where did you see me tow with just one chain? I had 2 front axle chains and 2 safety chains on the hooks
@@HighwayHeavyHooker I sisnt say you did. I said it would be illegal if you had done it the way they requested to avoid a hookup
Yes I agree with you on that
Very simple why wasn’t a Dividable split where we tow that’s stupid and against the law UN less to move out of traffic
Sorry I’m not understanding what you are trying to say
Oh why should i not drive over a 3 ton bridge with my 50 ton truck… cˋmon
Thanks tips, glad you noticed lol

That’s a weak bridge. I drive a large SUV and could easily hit 3 tons before hitting my gvwr.
Im 3 ton all the time with my 1 ton.
Jeez 3tons that's only 6000lbs lol both of you guys should not be there
Lol tell me about it!
Camera work makes it unwatchable
this is bad publicity for freightliner. lol
Lol!
We know why he got stuck... Its a garbage auto trans
all he is doiing is ripping the customer off for more time
