- Let's break down the 2" & 3" drop on my 2002 Silverado 1500. Over the years I have compiled these parts allowing me to achieve the current stance I have. I have tried to build a list of parts for everything you need if you want to lower your truck like mine. Watch the entire video before you ask any questions, I may have answered it in the video already.

Drop your comments down below; I can try to help you out. I sort of confused myself in some of these clips😅
Honestly I’m glad you actually put some tire on there.
2wd are so much easier, when I first looked into lowering my tahoe I was like bruh....come on.
Haha all that extra stuff you gotta deal with. 2wd is definitely heaven
My bad is it a 2&3 drop or a 2&4 drop confused case the title and what you said.
Thanks
I have drop spindles for the front and i’m wondering if i need the aftermarket coil springs to put the qa1 shocks on it or can i use the stock springs.
You can use the stock springs, just have to get the correct length shock from QA1
I have a 2002 chevy silverado 4.8 extended but I love your truck
Thanks man! Love these trucks
Subbed for the RCSB 💪
Much love! Thanks
Good job, keep going
Non stop, thanks
I know u had your front qa1s set on 8 at first. Did u keel them there? Are u happy at that setting?
I’m pretty sure I never changed them after I set them in that video. Works well with how I have the rear setup.
How did you install the ts801 in the rear?
Answer it for you on your other comment 👍
Nice video! Do you remember what you have your QA1’s set on? I have similar set up.
The rear is about 10-12 from zero (which I consider all the way to the left) I want to say 12. The front is 8 but I believe I said it the QA1 video I made on the front setup

@@Stan1le Thanks, BAD NEWS for me. I have the same qa1’s front and back. I just attempted to adjust my front qa1’s and the adjuster would not stop turning it left or right. SAME ISSUE ON BOTH front qa1’s. I bought them three months ago 🤦🏾♂️
@@memphis901vet2 well shoot that isn’t no good. Try getting with QA1. I know they have a good warranty
@@Stan1le I will get with them tomorrow. Thanks bro.
Stock spring hanger was welded to the frame ???
In the rear it was riveted on. But some are welded too. I had a local shop do that for me
🔥🔥🔥🔥
Did you buy v6 kit? Do you have v6 or v8?
@@ls_812 have a V8
2/3 drop or 2/4 ?
So a 2/4 drop it’s recommended to make a c notch ? Does it make contact with the frame ?
Just depends on how you lower it in the rear. Most will recommend doing a flip kit but I did not go that route. With the proper QA1 shocks installed I have no frame contact issues
At 4 only on really big bumps but it will hardly ever come to contact with some good shocks you should be okay
