- Welcome to our very first vlog! We're Caz and Col, and we're super excited to share our adventures with you. In this video, we're leaving the UK and heading to Belgium in Europe. Get ready to see us explore new places, try new food, and have lots of fun along the way!

@@tuberjr thank you for your lovely comment. I just cant go on a ferry i get sick tried many times….. 😫 The tunnel when we booked for the return trip cost us £220. Didn’t think that was too bad……
@@cazandcol57 we will be off in a few weeks driving down to southern italy,south of naples,been doing it on a regular basis.

what an exciting adventure. Definitely subbed. Brugge looked beautiful..as a kid, we lived in Germany and traveled a lot, Dad was in the army..so very much looking forward to following along on your journey. We daily vlog too here in FL and these memories are amazing, and will be fun for future family to look back on. Glad you got your milk haha yes tea isn't the same with proper milk.
Yes it’s been amazing we loved it, Brugge is beautiful. The next Video shows you more, We lived in Germany for three years too, love Germany visit Germany after Brugge, we are back home now all the videos are being released weekly we have visited so many places enjoy our adventures 🤩 I will follow your channel thank you.

Same van as us. Lovely Van and great on the contienent roads. Did you book in advance your sites ?
Yes amazing Motorhome we love it, was a dream travelling around Europe 🤩 We left April 3rd got back June 29th We only booked a site in Malaga Spain middle June… the rest we used park4 night & search 4 sites, in France we used Camping car parks…. You will see all the places we stayed in future vlogs thank you for you comment 🤗

I had to Google 'HG Driver', and it sounds like Colin wouldn't have any problem with a 26 foot RV (or a 7.9 meter motorhome 😜).
My dad has been an RV guy for a couple decades, so I'm familiar with the lifestyle. Looking forward to following the adventure. ✌️

If you think about it maybe think of Turkey for 3months then you can stay out for nearly 6mnths

@cazandcol57 Yes but think of the adventure I also am a retired international truck driver I am actually planning on converting a 7tonne iveco daily 70c180 panel van then will be off Europe Turkey 🇹🇷 6months whoop whoop

If you are near Aragon Spain l have rural land you can stay on, leave it as you find it.

Good look on your travels. 3mths is a big ask. Its fairly exhausting and there is a 68% drop out rate for those that set out to do 3mths motorhoming abroad. Best of luck with it.

We have already done the 3 months, all our videos are now being released, we left April 3rd we got back June 29th.. we both absolutely loved it, took our time, no rush , we travelled 5200 miles. We both have said we would go back tomorrow if we could….😊 All booked again for next year…

We are about to buy our first Motorhome in the next couple of months and then in a few years we will do what you are doing. What was the name of the CWG cemetery you visited? Take care Deb n Dave xxx
@@DebNDaveDriveabout Thank you. For a lovely comment. First Vlog are always the worst scary, we do get better lol .The cemetery is called the Tyne cot in Belgium, casualties from First World War. Well worth a visit it’s huge. Good luck with buying your Motorhome we absolutely love ours, and the freedom it gives you. 😀 enjoy our next adventures.
If you are heading to Spain be aware roadside robbery is rife (usually on the autopistas) and the police are useless. Keep all your windows closed and doors locked and keep a close lookout when going through toll booths. I speak from experience, roadside robbery they grabbed my jacket from the van which had wallet in with cash and bank cards, passport and driving licence also stolen. Good luck with your trip and stay safe, but me personally, 99.9% of my touring was in East European countries where I never had any problems at all.
