I'm in Canada and received this same letter or one very similar to it yesterday in the mail, along with one from the company (hospital affiliate) that I bought the machine from.
So strange. I got an email with a confirmation number almost immediately after registering. But then I haven’t gotten either the message you read through or the “correction” message. And the one email I received doesn’t say anything about a specific time frame estimated for replacement. Could I ask, what’s the difference between the “correction” message and the one you read through in the video?
It simply includes my correct confirmation number. Sorry! I meant to touch on that, but I was sleepy and wanted to get the vid out as soon as possible so people could check their spam folders before they emptied them!
