Hey Alexander! I’ve been following your channel since the very beginning and love seeing how much it’s grown! I had an idea I thought could be cool for your reviews: maybe you could add a scoring system with categories to make it easier to get a quick overall sense of the place. You could have categories like Taste, Service, Ambience, Value for Money, Cleanliness, Presentation, and maybe even “Worth the Hype” or “Return Factor.” I think it’d give viewers a clearer breakdown and add a fun layer to your reviews! Thanks for all the great content, and keep up the amazing work!
From the way you describe it, this sounds like it's a serious contender for one of the best restaurants you've been to. That closing "You should come here and try to find a mistake in it. I must confess, I didn't find any." seems to sum it up nicely. Everything looked perfect.
This seems like it’s a absolutely perfect three star experience without being snobby and pretentious. The food looked amazing. I would love to go here. Thank you for sharing.
Wow this seems one of the best experience you've had so far. Great food, great scenery, great service. And it's not expensive at 320 for the menu (+220 for the wine pairing) compared to other 3 stars.
Wow - that food looks truly exceptional. Some of the most interesting and best plated stuff I have seen on this channel. It seems like the kitchen is just warming up
I think the most beautiful thing is that this amazing chef has been able to built a very young and professional team around him to mentor. He will pass on his legacy for sure like this!
I watch almost every video with a smile on my face the entire time. And, each video gets better and better. You help us all to feel like we are right there with you.
I can't help but notice that apart from the main meat course, all the other dishes are literally swimming in a sauce of some sort,so much so that they resemble different soup dishes. 😅
Not an expert so take it with a grain of salt but I believe it is one of the best ways to get complex flavors into a dish. Also I suppose just historic. European cooking has always been sauce heavy and almost all of Escoffiers dishes included sauces. Hell much of his famous cook book was just different sauces.
I cannot believe I heard the word ‘cevapcici’ being served at a 3 Michelin star restaurant. Amazing. My favourite food as a child gets a massive glow up.
What gets me here, is the seemingly very generous portion sizes. In contrast to some of the other places you have showcased here, I could actually imagine arriving there hungry and feeling satiated at the end
Thank you, Alexander. Another great review. Another splendid restaurant. Love and admiration to chef Norbert and his wonderful young team. At least the future of fine dining is in safe youthful hands ! All the best !
The first time I subscribed to a UA-cam channel! The fact that I am subscribing for the first time means a lot about how much I enjoy your videos and the honest reviews!I am a Belgian fan of gastronomy and fine dining. Unfortunately, most three-star restaurants are above my budget. But I really appreciate the search for perfection in this type of restaurants. When I visit a Michelin store, the reason is usually a special moment to celebrate with my wife. Opinions about the Michelin Guide are often very divided. However, I am rarely disappointed when I visit a star restaurant. Although I admit that I also let my gut feeling choose ;) Please continue traveling around the world making these kinds of inspiring reviews!!
It’s amazing how only 66% of your viewer doesn’t subscribe! I notice that other channels tend to have around 80% non subscriber, which means that you have so many true fans/subscribers who always watch your videos! Good for you! (I also subscribe after just one video, but your video quality is amazing!)
My favourite part of Italy when it comes to wine. Also had my best 2-starred experience there (Terra the magic place). Next time I'm in the region, for sure I will visit Moessmer.
I find it fascinating that something as simple as the churro has gone from something I got from a street vendor outside my school in 1994 in San Diego California, to being featured in a 3 Michelin star restaurant...
@@LTDLetsPlays I mean the food is exceptional as well but yes the difference between one and three stars is mainly the presentation/gimmick. As for the food itself. Kinda hard to explain taste so broadly but the flavors just tend to be absurdly well balanced and very complex. Something you don't really get outside of fine dining. They are really careful with when every ingredient is added, how much heat it gets etc etc so you can taste everything that goes into a course. And a lot goes into them. And of course the wine pairing is also part of that with wine perfectly complimenting each course.
This is every chef should be! @Alexander I've listened you saying quite a few times that you like acidity. Being a chef myself, watching this video, I thought: damn, if I miss acidity watching this, Alexander would be crying by eating it. 😂😂😂
I love your videos. I’m not a rich person by any means but I go out of way to appreciate fine dining. I save up every month in NYC to visit some of the best restaurants. I recently ate at 63 Clinton and it was an amazing experience, and a great price point for having a star. Highly suggest.
I must say: watching your videos is always great but watching you going in a Restaurant where you've been is something more. I wrote you on IG this summer and I went here just 3 days before you. Hoping of meeting you some time, thanks for the vid!
This is what proper 3 star should be: quality, exploration of the local ingredients and cooking them in innovative ways, not just caviar, oyster, truffle, gold and other pretentious expensive bs.
this is my favorite food channel thanks for the entetainment i would love to have you visit the netherlands and review some restaurants here Good luck in the future
Would love to see you take your review style to a non fine-dining setting, a lot of us watch cause we like your style, not all the food has to be from another planet. I think you’d connect with 99% of your viewers on a deeper level too. Much love and respect from Philadelphia.
I disagree, I think this is what makes him special and stand out. Food reviewers for „normal“ restaurants are not a rarity, but a channel like this doesn’t exist twice. It’s a way for a lot of people to understand and experience fine-dining and also a way for Alexander himself to improve his own skills and knowledge, so that he can perfect his own restaurant.
I am subscribed to several great vloggers on especially travel, and vintage cars. Yours is the only food-series I watch and I don't feel I should ever look elsewhere. As in classic cars or exotic travels, most is out of my budget - but I love dreaming, and you do help out a lot. It's Tirol BTW, no Y. Have visited the magnificent area once on a cycling-holiday (yeah, that's hard work). You did encourage me to buy a bottle of Krug - a regular 171. I was a bit underwhelmed, but that's good. Another expensive hobby I don't need to start!
Enjoying my Doritos whilst watching! Gorgeous video as always!
I think you mean "deconstructed street food nachos"
You are correct indeed!
@@Lawlzinatorsaid it louder for the people in the back! 😂❤😂❤😂
Dortios or we could call them "rustic corn pressed crisps infused with summer seasonings, dusted in a playful orange cheese zest"

Agreed❤

EXACTLY!!! the perfect mix of high end. no pretension while being complex and experimental and so slick and beautiful.
Anyone else replay 10:30 a few extra times? That glass swap was BUTTER SMOOTH!
for 1000 euros/person they can make an effort lol
@@Robocop-qe7le 320 euros/person actually, the wines were actually the really expensive part.
@@rafahsr And €320 for a meal of that quality, location, and level of service is a REALLY good price!
That was soo cleannn
they cooked at the same level as the kitchen 🔥
I love the "dance" of the servers. It makes the experience even more elegant. I love this area of italy, I have been there a lot for skiing.
Wow, reviews just keep getting better. This restaurant looks amazing.

Oh my, Tyrol is one of my dream destinations. Thanks for posting this, on my bucket list for sure!
The wait staff choreography is beautiful
I think the most beautiful thing is that this amazing chef has been able to built a very young and professional team around him to mentor.
He will pass on his legacy for sure like this!
That came across as the best that you've visited yet - an almost perfect restaurant experience !
unless it was free id say that was essentially perfect
cmon fellas, get this man 1 million subs already or make it 10 million. the content is too good.
Seeing the serving staff execute a plate changing ballet while walking on gravel was very impressive. They are so smooth and coordinated.
It would overwhelm me a bit...3 people on my table as a sort of robots
I watch almost every video with a smile on my face the entire time. And, each video gets better and better. You help us all to feel like we are right there with you.
I can't help but notice that apart from the main meat course, all the other dishes are literally swimming in a sauce of some sort,so much so that they resemble different soup dishes. 😅
Very true. This method of presentation is tiresomely present in all the high-end restaurants I’ve eaten at for several years now.
Not an expert so take it with a grain of salt but I believe it is one of the best ways to get complex flavors into a dish. Also I suppose just historic. European cooking has always been sauce heavy and almost all of Escoffiers dishes included sauces. Hell much of his famous cook book was just different sauces.
The food looked absolutely beautiful! And the service so effortless, what a great watch! Thank you for another perfect, *** video
I cannot believe I heard the word ‘cevapcici’ being served at a 3 Michelin star restaurant. Amazing. My favourite food as a child gets a massive glow up.
Perfection. This will go on my grail-list for sure, what a wonderful experience!
I started crying just looking at that incredible tarte tatin, it's so beautiful.
I always feel I have had a vicariously delicious meal when I watch these videos. Thank you.
I love listening to you describe dishes, the whole presentation, all of it. Thank you for letting us join you on this culinary experience
Thank you for what you do. This show is awesome
What gets me here, is the seemingly very generous portion sizes.

This restaurant is a true gem. First time watching these videos I genuinely wanted to experience it myself.
I have 0 interest in fine dining or Michelin Star restaurants, but I can't stop watching your videos. Incredible job.
i am amazed at the precision of the service staff, impeccable!
what a wonderful video! Genuine smiles are what really sets apart the best from the rest
As a Waiter for more than 5 years exp I must say this is my ultimate favorite restaurant to work with 🎉🎉🎉 well done all.
Every generation must meet the other halfway to achieve any kind of greatness. This is a prime example. Kudos chef and team!
Thank you, Alexander. Another great review. Another splendid restaurant. Love and admiration to chef Norbert and his wonderful young team. At least the future of fine dining is in safe youthful hands ! All the best !

this place looks incredible. the full experience in every way.
This restaurant is definitely 3 Michelin stars worthy. We'll deserved.
Just in time for dinner. Superb.

Love Alexander passion for hospitality industry and his honest opinions
Loved this new video, the restaurant and the food looked stunning!
I am going to visit your restaurant end of november, looking forward to it :)
No critique not like you Alex but I believe you… your always a very honest reviewer and I can trust that ✅
If I'm not mistaken, this is the first flawless review I've seen on your channel

What a special restaurant with an even more special meal. This place makes my list of places to one day visit. TY
I find it fascinating that something as simple as the churro has gone from something I got from a street vendor outside my school in 1994 in San Diego California, to being featured in a 3 Michelin star restaurant...
what is even a michelin star at this point? it mostly seems to be presentation and story focus to me

One of my favourite restaurants. I went back in January and it was just perfect.
This really elevates my microwave dinner experience
This looked like an utterly beautiful experience.
The visuals alone deserve 3 stars!
This seems to be the perfect fine dining restaurant.
Aamazing, great video!
I love these videos!
Great growth on this channel...I started watching at around 40,000 subscribers..it's now at almost 10 times that..let's get to 500,000 & more !!!

Best food show out there!
I put some chili oil in my instant ramen today. Michelin stars are in my future I'm sure.
eating dominos while watching this, close enough
That meal really looks like one of the very best on this channel. Though I really love the food and wines of South Tyrol!

i love eating in northern Italy, looks fantastic, another great video
Thank you again. The food was visual art.

Thanx for an amazing episode🙏
The way they move is soooo smooth
320€ for such an experience in a 3 stars restaurant is so great! An honest price for the quality of the dishes.

Ok, I know it's a small small thing. But that smooth glass switch was so cool
I love traveling with you to all these extraordinary places and discovered your channel for myself thanks to my lover.
My favorite time of the week!
Happy to see, I have shared some wine with that sommelier in Bourgogne last year, at restaurant Soufflot in Meursault, funny guy :P
I can be very critical of these expensive restaurants. But I can honestly say that I would enjoy every single one of those dishes...
Great Work Alexander
I thought the New Zealand Spinach rather peculiar topping the main course.
Rather telling on how you brushed of the spinach ...
Absolutely amazing!
This restaurant looks sublime.
This is what proper 3 star should be: quality, exploration of the local ingredients and cooking them in innovative ways, not just caviar, oyster, truffle, gold and other pretentious expensive bs.
Damn the first desert looked amazing, simple yet beautiful
I saw all your dinning. This far better than the rest . I LL go soon. The other is Central. I ve been there twice. Amazing
I love your videos. I just wish you would take the wine pairings on offer so we can see what they are like too.
Its CRAZY for me to see how little they have in their walk in!!!
In a usual kitchen it would be twice as big, and stocked to brim with veg and meat!
The advantage of knowing exactly how many people you are going to serve each day and exactly what they will eat.
this is my favorite food channel thanks for the entetainment i would love to have you visit the netherlands and review some restaurants here Good luck in the future
You should make a list of all the restaurants you have been to and rate them in order. It would be fun and would sell good😁
