I have K pneumonia and its white, i think it caused me a uti for long years i have a discharge that happens on daily basis which also affecting my urination, mind you the discharge happens after urine is out it comes out alone most of the time,

Penicillin will not work as K. pneumoniae is a gram-negative bacteria. Cephalexin may by effective depending on what generation is used, although K. pneumoniae is often characterized as having extensive antibiotic resistance, so keep that in mind.

Please name the antibiotics that the infection is not resistant to for UTI
