Thanks for the informative video, TF! I knew about the existence of the three Conan/Rune issues, but not which order they were published in, or that the Conan #4 issue is a glorified cameo in which they don’t even meet.
I’m nervous (and, unfortunately, fairly confident) that whenever Titan gets around to these issues in their omnibus line, they’ll need to skip them. I’m no expert, but from minimal googling, it sounds like the ownership of Rune is a mess, with BWS saying Marvel owns him (since they bought Malibu), but Marvel saying their ownership of the Ultraverse characters isn’t “free and clear” and they don’t think they can reprint any of that material. That obviously doesn’t bode well for the odds of Titan/Heroic Signatures being able to get permission to reprint those issues.
Back when he left the Conan omni project, Cory Sedlmeier said material had been “sourced and vetted” for SSoC vol 10, CtB vol 11, and CtK vol 2. CtB vol 11 would (presumably) reprint the continuing storyline that Roy Thomas moved over to SSoC after CtB was canceled; and then after that, move on to the “Conan” ongoing series. So I’m guessing the first two parts of the Rune crossover would be in CtB vol 11 *if* Titan can get the rights to use Rune. I hope they can, but unfortunately I’m not optimistic.

You're very welcome! I'm glad you liked the content!
Yep, I've been hearing that the legal mess around those Malibu characters has been a birds-nest for years. I also suspect Marvel has no interest in ever sorting it out-they have enough going on already.
I would hope that when it comes time for these to be collected that it's sorted out but I'm not holding my breath. I suspect that Rune and anything Malibu will not be seeing the light of day in any way for decades to come.
I'm hopeful that I'm wrong! But after waiting this long I just don't see anything changing...
