I initialized my ps4 because I'm gonna give it to somebody and now it goes to this screen. And on the options, I can't scroll or pick any others, it's automatically on "Initialize PS4 (Reinstall System Software). It goes through and doesn't give any error message. The screen shuts off and goes back to my Roku TV screen and then it starts up with a black screen and then goes back to the Roku screen multiple times. And then it comes back on and just starts over at "Can't start the PS4."
