    I came across this video, and I find it excellent internal muscle exercise, it can work wonders, for the people those who suffer, fro fibromyalgia. Thanks..

    Thank you so much!! I train in jiu-jitsu for many years so these muscles are always tight and my lower back is constantly in pain. I immediately feel relief after these stretches. Your directions are crystal clear

    Going to give your psoas exercises a try. Love the fact they are slow and involve use of the breath. Not really tried any exercises to work the psoas previously so feeling positive that they can make a difference to my lower back/hip discomfort. Thankyou!

    going to try her stuff...I had all sorts of medical things done to figure out this pain...nothing. A masseuse and an accupuncturist told me it was my psoas muscle and things to do...she is showing more detailed version of those and a few other things and explaining it all...good job Beth!!!! this has been years
