I say this again and again. NO ONE. Literally NO ONE comes close to Tai Tzu Ying's skill set. Yes, she may not have any major event title such as WC and Olympics (yet) but I believe that she is just unlucky when it comes to those events But in terms of technique, efficiency, speed and stamina, no one comes close to her.. She is by far the most outstanding WS to date, and yes, she is the best WS to have ever walked in the court. (Again, I don't care how the haters say she doesn't have Olympic or WC,.) She is literally the only players to have spent more than 150 weeks as world number one. That speaks volume😏
I hate the fact that people only see her deceptive game style as her strength. Okay I get it, her deceptive game style is very unique and no one comes close to it. But as a pro badminton player, I would say that her speed and her efficiency are 2 other key factors why she is unparalleled especially when she is in good form. The way she always anticipates the shuttle, You need speed to do this, And she always move and run to the shuttle very effectively That's why she is able to play all these incredible shots.
