Van Halen Panama and Noriega Violence

Manuel Noriega dictator of Panama from 83-89.
His paramilitary groups roamed the streets, attacking the press and protestors of his regime.
After the passing of beloved ex-President Arnulfo Arias, the ex-president's body was returned from Miami and a national mourning took place. The procession through the streets showed the love for the past leader and dislike for Noriega.
Noriega's reign ended with the US invasion in 1989.
