Thank you. At one time deposed rulers lived their lives in exile. It seemed like it led to less violence to get them out of their positions. Noriega was ruined to set an example & held where he couldn’t share his secrets. I’ve always wondered how the ppl of Panama truly felt about him & how he governed.
