😂Yes, it's a special type of plastic that shrinks when heated. It was really popular when I was younger... called Shrinky Dink. I think that was a brand name. The regular shrink plastic can be used with permanent markers. Some can be colored with colored pencils and crayons. But only a few can be printed on with a printer.
