Definitely helpful. I do not sit much at all ,I have two lower disc bulges and sitting etc really can cause me a lot of grief . So lots of walking…. Still my hips are are obviously so tight …thank you Megan
The simple standing movements are kind to the body if sitting is uncomfortable. And that is also why I like the side lying option. I hope this was helpful Margy.
Thanks Megan, I thought this was timely, my hips have been pretty cranky after a fall ( carrying my elder dog down the stairs yikes), I think it is bursitis. I felt a lot of 'action' in my outer hips but feeling pretty balanced after, I love your guidance! many blessings.
