    I had a lateral hip replacement 3 months ago. I was able to do this practice and felt really GOOD!! THANK YOU!

    Definitely helpful.
    I do not sit much at all ,I have two lower disc bulges and sitting etc really can cause me a lot of grief .
    So lots of walking….
    Still my hips are are obviously so tight …thank you Megan

      The simple standing movements are kind to the body if sitting is uncomfortable. And that is also why I like the side lying option. I hope this was helpful Margy.

    Thanks Megan, I thought this was timely, my hips have been pretty cranky after a fall ( carrying my elder dog down the stairs yikes), I think it is bursitis. I felt a lot of 'action' in my outer hips but feeling pretty balanced after, I love your guidance! many blessings.

    Kindly make playlist of hip mobility please.
    It us helpful but very hard for new subscriber to find exercise in rhythmic way for any particular body part.

      Thank you for the suggestion. I do not have a playlist specifically for hips yet, but I will consider it. In the mean time, you can put "hips", or even better "pelvis" in the search bar on my channel and you should come up with lots of practice options!
