- Even if found to be living on encroached land - can any court in India order 50,000 residents onto the streets in 7 days? - Homes where they have stayed for decades?? The highly controversial Uttarakhand High Court order led to massive protests - leading to the Supreme Court to take up the case.

Government is not involved it is done collegium system
Some times it also happens because of bribery and perks from parties after retirement
@@Dreams_on_Wheels yes bro.. when the govt holds the appointment of some "selected" judges.. recommended by collegium.. and thereby lowering their seniority.. so that they can't be CJI or CJ of any High Court.. latest example Justice Muralidhar.. Thus, government has a very "little" yet effective hand involved in appointment of judges.. it is this "very little" hand that they want to extend to appoint the judges directly.. aur VP and Law Minister (who himself isn't law graduate) have been attacking judges for this very reason.. Collegium method must be debated but judiciary has to be independent..

Feels like The Supreme Court is the only one upholding the rights of citizens. No wonder HNIs are leaving India by the droves.
Its time Citizens stand up for their rights and stand for Rule of Law. Supreme court has also failed to upheld rights and Democracy
Soon, those HC judges who made this judgement will reach supreme court, because there is an RSS organisation of advocates who have an active programme which encourages it's members to become judges. The effects are already visible in lower courts and to some extent in supreme court even. It is just a matter of time, before this pillar will also fall.

I don't understand how the Uttarakhand High Court did overlook such landmark rulings of the Supreme Court like Olga Tellis vs Bombay Municipal Corporation, Maneka Gandhi and so many others.

But in this case, Why railway has been sleeping for the last 70 yrs and still hasn't filed any PIL?? At least the latest PIL should have come from the land owner i.e railway itself...? 1.HC Judges knows how some hindu localities in span of 15 years become Muslim completely under the shelter of constitution.
2.Uttarakhand's Bhawali is now 50% Islamic in just few years.
3. Border areas of Uttarakhand is now used by Islam as it's growth centre.
4. How isi agents were active in border towns of UK, who sheltered them initially?
5. How local people often troubled by this community
6. How this community is majorly involved in human trafficking from hills, drugs and theft
7. Why the population increase is drastic in a perticular community
8. Why they are spreading and making their islamic network strong in Himalayas villages
9. There is possibility of Kashmir genocide replicated in uttarakhand too
It's clearly a threat to cultured people, demography and security to the country under the shelter of constitution and people like you.
These are the facts which you don't know but HC judges do.
