Using Robots To Create an Apple Inspired Commercial (BTS)

Robots and Filmmaking go hand in hand. Follow along as we go behind the scenes in one of my latest commercials utilizing robotic technology to get shots that would otherwise be impossible to capture in camera.
Company I am filming for is Vital Sleep an anti snoring mouth guard.

Creating a commercial that look like CGI with complex robots and expensive gear - So why not using CGI? :)

You definitely can it really depends on the client's preference. Most of my clients have hired CGI artists and say they don't like the look because it doesn't feel real. It's all just preference.

I find gorilla tape or nano tape stronger than mounting tape. Bonus that it’s transparent as well

How long did it take to shoot everything and how much post work took time?

It took 4 days of filming and a week of editing to get it. The first shot took a whole day to edit alone.
