For reference, every outfit change during sewing was a new day of sewing.🙃

I love batching (especially for repeat projects) because it leaves you more energy and enthusiasm for the fiddlier parts at the end. Cutting is definitely an important batch job for economy of fabric use, and it's definitely more efficient to turn the iron on once for initial pressing of pieces.
I definitely have a problem with running out of steam towards the end of a project - often because I can't wait to wear it - which means that I run the risk of taking the least care with the most important finishing touches, hand sewing, etc. I tell myself I'll go back and finish it properly ... but I rarely do.
    Thanks for this process video!

Yes!!! It stinks that the important but also fiddly parts are often towards the end of the project. Well, it’s never too late to go back and fix old projects! 💗😀

I prefer batching and since I make muslins by the time I get to my final make, I have the order down pat.

😂 I totally understand. Sometimes my brain is in such chaos, I can’t batch either …
