Tip: when you use the burrito method you can feed your elastic in before you pull the fabric right sides out. Feed your elastic down the centre of your scrunchie, close the elastic by knotting or sewing it, pull your scrunchie right sides out then close up scrunchie. It means you don't have to fight as much gathered fabric when closing the elastic. I hope this makes sense.
The tip is really useful! It would make a good UA-cam short to share with friends 😊 I had so much anxiety watching you put the big scrunchie on without the supporting scrunchie 🫢 the falling scrunchie happens to my friends too many times, albeit not as fast
I made the heart scrunchie out of some scrap pink fabric as a Valentine's Day gift for my sister and it looks absolutely darling on her (despise my very messy stitches) and was super simple to construct!
I am SO looking forward to seeing everyone rocking their cute hair scrunchies! Don't miss the sneak peek of my next design at the end of the video ;)

This is actually such a good idea! Thank you for suggesting it, I’ll make a UA-cam short and share the link here when it’s live! 💗☺️
