As a Lolita main, this would make her have less damage in early (I priotize leveling her shield first). However, incredible good against skill based heroes in early like against Moskov or even Haya. It's also incredibly potent in late where those who is supposed to deal damage will risk getting killed. I think it's going to get nerfed hard if she keeps getting banned which may be likely. The current Lolita is like an underdog.
As usual, they will nerf anything on revamped heroes before it released to prod (normal server).
I hope that they don't make her less tanky than current version

@@flitzyblue332 they nerfed minshi an lance voice, but at least they got gameplay buff, some heroes got voice and gameplay nerf
so far, this change makes me smile as wide as i can plus this is the most useful supporter/tank right now

That looks OP af! Not only she is one of the top pick tank in esports but she now have a OP revamp skill buff. Based on the damage defected back to the heroe (which looks like full damage), im guessing they will nerf the deflected damage.
Did anyone else notice Baxia actually got the life drain affect from his defected second skill

That saber 1st skill interaction is funny. I imagine Lolita just casually stealing saber's swords and throwing it back at him 😂 And as usual, cyclops just gets completely clapped by the shield, a universal constant.
if you notice, the mechanic of the loli new shield is everytime the shield block enemy's projectiles, lolita will 'cast' the corresponding skills from blocked projectiles, thats why lollita mana is reduced as she has to use mana to cast them. most prominent one is when she blocks cyc skills 5:20 , her mana is going down so fast 😂😂
What if after casting the shield, Lolita run out of mana, what will happen
Even the shield skills reducing defence of enemies.. Just like saber skill 1 .. It should be fixed

Niceu, as a Lolita tank main, I love this revamp, altho the shield has its durability now, deflecting projectiles is perfect for her shield compared to absorbing and throwing it back. But Hororo, here's a question, usually on the videos. It is Lolita being targeted by some skills. How about if your teammates behind is being targeted by skills like Cyclops's ult, or Harley's ult and so on? Can Lolita can deflect it as well as long as she's on the front? Thanks~

I realized a bit when lolita every time she uses her shield she consumes more mana to reflect enemy skills based on how much mana the enemy uses to use their skills but only applies to enemies using mana and skills

this just sounds detrimental on teamfights
This should be fixed, otherwise this will ruin Lolita's mana supply
It seems hororo forgot to let go of the wave when it's kadita's 1st skill projectile turn.
Try argus' grab on it, esmerelda's ult, try baxia's first skill, khufra's jump, uranus' wheels, masha's disabling skill, aldous ult, badang ult, Dyrroth ult and first, cecillion's bats, Natan ult, Melissa's bear, and lesley's true damge shots.
I would also like to know whether Floryn's heal would still heal her or the enemies after getting deflected by the shield and if faramis' bad breath can be deflected too.

It looks like how her reflected projectiles work is that the projectile becomes her own. She even spends mana when she reflects skill projectiles that requires mana. Or, maybe her true power is the ablility to copy any of her opponent's abilities 🤔🤔 humbles valentina and the rest of the verse lol

It's quite noticeable, since most of the projectiles comes from mages, and the mana consumption did proc as well...

i think the shield hp will be the biggest factor whether she becomes op or mediocre hopefully her shield will have a decent hp stats where ot could not be broken by burst heroes in one shot in the late game
It's actually shown on another video. As far as I remember, I think it was 4000 + 20% total hp at max level skill.
It increases along wiyh your own HP

Don't forget about vale's ult, if I remember with the old one, you can kind of cancel it with the shield if you have a good timing
Her shield might be scary, it still has its weaknesses and counters. The shield can be broken, it has a countdown until it disappears, and it's easy to cancel with non-projectile cc skills. Just pick CC heavy heroes like Mino, Khufra, and Edith and you should be pretty good against her.

That's like gonna hurt the enemy, especially lesly since most lesly mains really loves the one shot build, so as long as they don't know how to properly use the hero lock system they're basically killing themselves with their own true damage. (In early game it's that big of an issue though, can't say the same for chang e her ult is really good even in early if you can keep hitting the enemies with it, but of course it all comes down if Lolita shield can even combine the damage the item is giving those skills.)

Hororo-chan, please do Lunox rin. I'm so curious about what happens with her first and second skill. And I was also thinking about Esme, would she be able to absorb the shield?
The shield was fine as is: they didn't need to adjust it. The adjustment has many up and downs. Like now late game the shield will be taken out by few hits and won't counter mm anymore unless the full damage of the attack gets reflected but even then that's just messy for both sides. Like speed mm will no longer be counter by loli. The shield hp will increase late game but its not enough plus not to mention that the shield can get canceled with more skills now.
If only the deflected projectile deflects to where the projectile is thrown at instead of where lolita is facing would be great

I know this is initial release but there are so many problems with her shield:
1. It's easy to cancel with mere cc unlike now in which only high level cc can cancel the 2nd
2. The deflect ain't that reliable
3. It's kinda easy to break the shield
Overall I hope they made more adjustments to this
It doesn't block Franco's hook from previous video. I hope it's just a bug, not a feature.
Also she can help Thamuz to pick his scythes faster (it would have been useful before his revamp)

Would have made much more sense if Nana's boomerang, Haya's shurikens, and Lapu Lapu's swords will be caught by them instead of getting damaged by it. I think that would be a cool interaction with a little bit of realism ^^
